Hands down the best hardee’s ive ever been to in my 7 years of trucking also food is truly always fresh and delicious and the only people are always kind and they get orders out fast. I 100% recommend this location to anyone who wants a excellent hardee’s experience

I am a truck driver and I parked here to do a reset, I decided to eat the chicken tenders and I ordered the 10 piece tender platter, it took a few minutes to get my food and I was handed 2 bags so I assumed they gave me everything that came with the platter which would have been assumed everything was in the bag. This was between 11:00 and 12:00 and I had been driving all night so I go to my truck parked all the way at the back of the parking area and when I open everything and they failed to put the fries, toast, and Cole slaw in the bag. At this point I was tired and decided I was just eat what was there and go to bed. That didn’t bother me so much that they failed to put all of what I ordered in the bag however, I did go back later between 7:00 and 8:00 pm and I mentioned it to the employee taking my order and he was very understanding and insisted on getting the manager which was an older lady that made me decide to give this review. She immediately accused me of lying and told the employee that was taking my order that it didn’t happen on her shift and it was not her problem that was probably lying anyway. She was very unprofessional and very rude. The poor kid that was taking my order felt bad but said there wasn’t anything he could do. I am not upset or mad at the employee waiting me but the manager needs to be retrained on the customer service part of her job. I did produce the receipt not to get the food that was left out of my previous order but to show her that her assumptions were wrong and her rudeness was not acceptable. I wanted her to understand assuming the worst in people and being rude without considering that everybody is not bad. I probably make more in a week than she does in a month so money is not the issue here.

Slow slow slow slow slow orders not coming out complete someone having to ask for fresh food cause half there order came out and sat for 15 min before rest was done lady taking orders super nice people in the kitchen working at snail speed

All hardees in the upstate server breakfast until noon. It's also on their TV commercials. We stopped in today at 10:45 am and it showed the breakfast and now serving breakfast until noon. When we tried to order the guy running the drive through said they stopped at 10:30 when we told them about the commercials and other hardees doing breakfast until noon he hot rude and said well we don't do that. So we won't be back if you don't do what the other hardees do!

For a fast food place, and inside a truck stop, it deserves a 5 star, well when I was there at midnight my experience was perfect. The burger and veggies were so fresh and tasted soo good and fresh. So whoever was working that midnight shift, did a good job.
