Went here today to grab the 10 dollar 8 piece meal. Supposedly 4 thighs and four drums taking thighs and cutting them in half and leaving back bone attached is actual con artistry. Not to mention the thighs them self smell putrid and are inedible. After spending 15 years in the kitchen managerial servsafe certified I can tell you this is unacceptable. Publix has a better deal on an eight piece fried chicken you actually get an eight piece bucket breasts thighs drums and thats wild. Actually disappointed and if I thought it was the kids running shops fault I'd go get my money back but it's not worth the gas and those are just kids running shop who ever is franchised at this location is cheating their customers and on top serving rotten chicken.

I went here today while traveling and went through the drive thru. My order was not correct and my food was not how I prefer it (I like my chicken right out of the grease). The manager was super nice! She immediately dropped chicken for me and fries. She kept checking on me while I waited and she was very apologetic. The gentleman who originally took my order also came to check on me and was very accommodating. Thank you guys for going above and beyond and not getting an attitude with me, but making sure I was satisfied! I appreciate all of you! The restaurant was very clean as well! Give the day shift manager a raise and a bonus!!

I was disappointed with my visit to KFC. The service was incredibly slow, and I had to wait almost an hour for my food. When it finally arrived, the chicken was greasy and lacked flavor. The sides were lukewarm and not up to par. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I expected much better quality. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Placed an online order yesterday at 4:05. Said it would be ready at 4:15. I pulled up to get my food at 4:25.First i was told that they were completely out of mashed potatoes and gravy but everything else was ready. Waited at the window for 20 min watching them running all over the place looking like they had no idea what they were doing. Finally received my food. When I got home and opened up the containers found the fries containers were half full, One biscuit looked like they had fingers shoved in it. ONE BISCUIT had a dang HAIR on it.

I am the same distance to 3 different KFC's and this one had the best reviews of 3.1 vs 2.3 and 2.5. What is happening to fast food places. We will not be buying from KFC any more.

We tried the Family Meal with a 12-piece bucket of chicken, biscuits, corn, mashed potatoes with gravy, and cole slaw. Everything was delicious! The biscuits were tender and flaky, the chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the sides were all excellent. Service at the takeout window was awesome! Great experience at this KFC tonight!

Closed early, hours online and posted on door are apparently incorrect

Place an order for this location through the KFC website. Did not receive order. Spoke to KFC customer service and was told to call the store. Reached out and spoke to the manager and was told to call Door Dash since they deliver for them. Door Dash reached out to this location and they denied a redelivery for my order. I don’t have my order or my money.

Yesterday November 14,2024 I encountered an extremely distressing situation at your restaurant located at 7418 Augusta Rd, Moonville, SC. I placed a drive-thru order around 1:15 PM, and Navie, who is a staff member black girl with short hair, took my order. After paying, I was instructed to pull forward as they were waiting for biscuits to finish cooking. As I waited, I noted the time was 1:17 PM. I remained in my vehicle until 1:24 PM, at which point I decided to enter the KFC.

I noticed another gentleman entering from a different door at the same time. Upon entering, I saw only Navie, who was the sole staff member present. After a couple of minutes, other employees emerged. Navie then approached the front counter, disregarding my presence, and attended to the gentleman who had placed a mobile order, adding biscuits to his meal. Shortly after, another man arrived, and she again ignored me to assist him. I felt compelled to stop her and inquire about my order, to which she responded by rolling her eyes and walking away. I expressed my discontent, stating that she should not roll her eyes at me. In response, she turned and shouted that there were only three people present, followed by a barrage of insults, and she approached me aggressively, confronted me physically 1inch from my face.

I have never experienced such a level of disrespect in my life. At that moment, Deidra, a staff member white lady with red-tinted hair and glasses, intervened, attempting to restrain Navie, who was just inches from my face. Deidra's first comment to me was that Navie is a minor, after she had pulled her back. An older black gentleman then approached to ask about my order, which was finally prepared. I requested Deidra's assistance in obtaining the corporate contact number, but she stated she did not know it. When I asked for Navie's name, she refused to provide it, claiming that I had entered with an attitude. I have never felt so attacked in a place where I regularly spend my hard-earned money. I expect action to be taken regarding this incident, as it does not reflect the values I associate with your company.

It took a half hour for me to get a four piece tenders meal. I was the only customer there, at least three employees behind the counter. Ordered at 4:15. Meanwhile I had to wait in one of the dirtiest fast food dining rooms I've ever seen. Each table had a thick layer of grime on it, bits of food all over the floor, napkins were nowhere to be found. Never going back.
