Place an order for this location through the KFC website. Did not receive order. Spoke to KFC customer service and was told to call the store. Reached out and spoke to the manager and was told to call Door Dash since they deliver for them. Door Dash reached out to this location and they denied a redelivery for my order. I don’t have my order or my money.
Yesterday November 14,2024 I encountered an extremely distressing situation at your restaurant located at 7418 Augusta Rd, Moonville, SC. I placed a drive-thru order around 1:15 PM, and Navie, who is a staff member black girl with short hair, took my order. After paying, I was instructed to pull forward as they were waiting for biscuits to finish cooking. As I waited, I noted the time was 1:17 PM. I remained in my vehicle until 1:24 PM, at which point I decided to enter the KFC.
I noticed another gentleman entering from a different door at the same time. Upon entering, I saw only Navie, who was the sole staff member present. After a couple of minutes, other employees emerged. Navie then approached the front counter, disregarding my presence, and attended to the gentleman who had placed a mobile order, adding biscuits to his meal. Shortly after, another man arrived, and she again ignored me to assist him. I felt compelled to stop her and inquire about my order, to which she responded by rolling her eyes and walking away. I expressed my discontent, stating that she should not roll her eyes at me. In response, she turned and shouted that there were only three people present, followed by a barrage of insults, and she approached me aggressively, confronted me physically 1inch from my face.
I have never experienced such a level of disrespect in my life. At that moment, Deidra, a staff member white lady with red-tinted hair and glasses, intervened, attempting to restrain Navie, who was just inches from my face. Deidra's first comment to me was that Navie is a minor, after she had pulled her back. An older black gentleman then approached to ask about my order, which was finally prepared. I requested Deidra's assistance in obtaining the corporate contact number, but she stated she did not know it. When I asked for Navie's name, she refused to provide it, claiming that I had entered with an attitude. I have never felt so attacked in a place where I regularly spend my hard-earned money. I expect action to be taken regarding this incident, as it does not reflect the values I associate with your company.
It took a half hour for me to get a four piece tenders meal. I was the only customer there, at least three employees behind the counter. Ordered at 4:15. Meanwhile I had to wait in one of the dirtiest fast food dining rooms I've ever seen. Each table had a thick layer of grime on it, bits of food all over the floor, napkins were nowhere to be found. Never going back.

This is the worst Kentucky fried chicken restaurant!! Have people waiting in the drive thru and won’t tell them it’s out of order. One lady called and she girl said oh my headset ain’t working. Then she says only the dining room is open. How about putting a sign out there instead of having people line up and wait!?!?

The prices change every day, I ordered a bowl and it only had 4 small pieces of chicken on it. Asked for my receipt and was given someone else receipt so I could see how or why the price had changed for two days ago, they up charge you even if you didn’t ask

This particular KFC branch is showing signs of age, with its overall condition highlighting the need for a sanitation overhaul. The cleanliness of the kitchen area, in particular, raises concerns, not just for the sake of appearance but for the health and safety of both customers and employees. A clean environment is essential for a positive dining experience and a healthy workplace.
On a brighter note, the staff at this location stand out for their kindness and professionalism. During my visit, the waiting time for my order was between 5 to 10 minutes, which is acceptable. The employees were attentive and accommodating; when I mistakenly received green beans instead of gravy, they promptly corrected the order without any issue.

My photo makes the chicken pieces look larger than they are, and it's OBVIOUS to see the biscuit is not DONE..and the chicken wasn't EITHER???♀️?

My husband got us a 16pc meal and the chicken had no taste and looked like it didn't cook long enough. Our side macaroni and cheese was burned and only half full. This is the 4th time we had bad food from there. And this will be the last time eating there.

Waited 40 minutes for my order, and we were missing our sides. When we pulled around again to let them know, the manager seemed annoyed and told us to pull around, for us to wait another 5 minutes.
Staff too busy sitting around in lobby to even acknowledge a customer. Probably the reason we were the only customers around. Left empty handed.

I just ordered a 3 piece combo for dine in, the food was good and the employees were nice. The only thing I noticed was the overall cleanliness of the store was pretty bad. Despite the wet floor sign in the picture, it was still rather gross and very greasy.
