This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. I first pulled up to the drive-thru and no one ever took my order. After waiting, I had to drive up to the window just to place it. I was then told there was no white meat available and that I’d need to wait 18 minutes, which I was willing to do.
After sitting in my vehicle for over 40 minutes, I finally went inside. I stood at the counter for another 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all. There were three employees working, no customers in the drive-thru, and no one else in the lobby. The employees were laughing, joking around, and appeared disengaged from doing any actual work.
No communication, no apology, no customer service whatsoever. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. I won’t be returning.

Order a 12 PC family meal. We live in Williamstown. Got home to find only 7 pieces of chicken not 12 not even a 8 PC. Was so mad after driving 25 minutes home to feed my kids before work what I ordered wasn't even there how do u count 7 and say yes thats 12 . Then to top it off I tried to call the store 8 times and not once did they answer I got a recording after it rand for ever saying put up code in.. do not go here they will rip u off. Very angry customer.. scamming people out of there hard earn money

Let me say this these people that work here have the patience of steel I have been here twice once where I ordered some bbq wings not knowing they sauce had onions another where my friend and I had been went through the drive thru both times but considering they had gave me everything I ordered it end up being what I didnt want I applaud and appreciate the staff here for being so accommodating to me and my friend for our business and making it right with patience and appreciation for our business never not one time making each situation my problem but there's and doing everything in there power to make it right ill come to this KFC not for the food but for the service of the people who work there thank you ALLLLLLL FOR ALLLLL YOU DO if no one told you I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK from managers to the staff leadership starts the process bless you all Happy New Year keep doing great work!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. I asked for a hot wings combo. The lady was rude about it and said pull to the window. Literally sat there for over 15 minutes and no one came. I just left. If you want good kfc go to cherrydale
Nasty staff. Ordered online and waited over 20 mins to get our food. When we got our food it was still cold and tasted old. Also didn’t have any mayonnaise or cheese or any toppings. This was after we were told they were cooking our sandwiches fresh. I went back up there to have them remake the whole order only for them to be rude about it. The tables were nasty with dirt all over them. The soda fountain was out of Diet Pepsi. And after going back I was still missing two things in my order. When walking out of the building I heard what I assume was the manger telling the other employee if I came back to not help me. This location has went extremely downhill over the years. These managers need manger and leadership training. And the whole store needs an overall remodel. As it is outdated. The food just doesn’t seem like it used to be. If I could give zero stars all around I would. The lady in front of me waited well over 40 mins for her food to be ice cold and her drinks watered down. Will NOT BE RETURNING. They have lost my business. Driving by there looks like a ghost town because there is rarely cars there other then employees.

Stopped on my way home today pick up chicken. The employees were friendly and the service was fast. They didn't have some of the extra crispy for my order but they substituted with extra crispy white meat at no additional cost. I have purchased from this location several times and the employees are always friendly and the chicken is always fresh and hot.

Im a big KFC fan but this one is by far the worse KFC i ever been to... chicken was horrible, Mack and cheese was inedible. Biscuits was okay. No silverware or napkins with our order.

When I pull up to the drive thru, two white girls was coming from the dumpster area smoking a vape! One was wearing a headset the dark haired lady came straight to the drive thur widowed & took my money without washing her hands or anything…. Didn’t hand me my receipt, no plastic ware or napkins… didn’t offer a drink or anything! The apple poppers was cold as hell no apple filling in the inside only a small amount of apple jam! My $5 meal was ok but way to much fat, puss & junk on the chicken thigh hardly any meat! KFC is truly falling by the wayside! I will not be returning!
