I did a order through Uber Eats and after 2 drivers they cancel the order

Was ignored in the lobby for a pickup order after being told by the drive thru worker I had to pick it up from inside, was finally acknowledged by a rude acne scarred man who just smacked where my pick up order was instead of it being handed to me. I wouldn’t count on these shams to communicate with each other or have a better attitude to their customers with the workers currently there.

They had me pull forward to wait for my chicken sandwich. Got it and it was cold and dry. Wtf was I waiting for? You had this sandwich ready to go 3 days ago or at least it tastes like it.
I was banned from this place after being thoroughly/heavily verbally assaulted by the assistant manager and staff of this restaurant along with several other people today.
It was so bad for me because I have PTSD when it comes to confrontation, and I just had such a serious panic attack that I had to call the police and get EMS involved.
No one should ever have to deal with this simply for stating that they want to talk to the manager because they've been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food.
I will be demanding and apology from KFC corporate for this.
I thought she was going to attack me.

Ordered a 8 pc family meal and waited in drive thru for 20 mins for them to come back out and say it'll be 7 more mins to cook biscuits. Terrible got my refund

On September 22 2024 at 12:54 pm.ticket # 2594..I was at KFC Powdersville location...restaurant # L765032.
I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal.
Takeyria took my order at the drive thru and told me to pull forward she would bring it out to me. I waited 20 minutes went back to window she said oh I thought u had your order. I wanted to ask well did u bring it to me. I said can I please have a refund cause I can't wait any longer.
Takeyria said my manager just left on lunch break and I don't know how to do a refund. How do you work in a restaurant and not know how-to do the job.
She said pull up and I will get it ready right now.
I said I want sit and wait again she brought it in 5 minutes but not my drink. She had to go back and get it.
I wanted to say a lot but was afraid of what she would do to my food.
It's a shame we have to worry about these people doing something nasty to our food.
Also, I was the only person in the drive thru line.
The food was ok once I finally got it.
I hope someone will see these reviews and do something about this store.
It has been a mess for years. First the food was horrible now management and staff. Employees looked unclean and not one of the 4 people I could see thru window had on gloves.

I work and live in this area. I can’t wait for Zaxbys to open next door… hopefully they don’t hire these people.The food is always always cold. I shouldn’t have to come home and put my French fries and chicken in the air fryer when I live around the corner.

Had to wait 30 minutes for old and dry fries and chicken. I guess I’ll be on the phone with dhec bright and early. Coming from a long history of the restaurant industry I know that there are holding times for everything. As well as keeping it in the “safe zone”….. this food was anything but safe to eat. Feels like the chicken has been left outside all weekend during Christmas time. This location in specific is known for its unsafe food handling. This time I remembered to take a picture. This will be going straight to the trash. Guess I’ll be headed to Zaxbys.

This place has the worst service I have ever seem. Order 2 order of the number one meal and took a half hour to get it and was missing the biscuit. We weren’t the only one that it took that long to get their order.

It is very obvious that nobody at the top cares. Close early, out of food, no employees, always someone from another location running this location and they definitely don't care.

Rude employees with attitudes for absolutely no reason. And then proceed to give you food that's old and not just hours old. This Is at least a day or two old that's been placed back in the warmer. This location needs an overhaul so bad the employees customer service and the food quality. I did come here today and recieved a FRESH! Pot pie but my review still stands with this location. It stays rather empty it seems but I'm sure after experiencing the customer service a few times people seem to not ever return hence this locations 2.7 star rating. I do belive they are the only resturant on this strip with this low rating.
Update: literally 10 minuets after posting review got home and the pot pie looked fresh while I checked it when getting gas. Dug Into it and long and behold it's OLD and dry. This tells me the pie was probably made when they first opened and has sat under a warmer all day until it was sold to me. Around 4:57pm. Came back and replaced the pot pie but have to wait 15 minuets. That's no problem I'm just hoping it's actually fresh when I get it this time. Video attached

ZERO STARS. I ordered a three piece chicken tender meal. Had to wait about half an hour at the DRIVE THRU for my food and when I opened up the box I find one piece of chicken cut into "three chicken tenders." Very disappointing and reminded me why I have not been to KFC in years.

I will never return to this KFC. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were spoiled, and the French fries were burnt. I deeply regret spending $41 and waiting nearly 30 minutes only to receive inedible food. Lesson learned.
