If I could put negative 100 stars I would. I ordered a famous bowl and chicken sandwich. No line in front of us, it took 25 minutes to get our food.

At drive thru told them to plz put on gloves trying to look out for them & I was told I'd have to come in n get my food they can't bring it out because of cross contamination SERIOUSLY I even asked so u would have me bring covid inside rather then u put on a glove and hand me my food

Apparently this place can never get a order correct. I have been multiple times. Every time my order is not what I order. If you get anything from drive-thru make sure your is correct before driving off. This last time they had me pull up with no one in line. I waited 20 minutes for them to bring out my food. Drove all the way home and it wasnt what I ordered. This KFC has went totally down hill.

Me and my girlfriend just moved and was looking for somewhere to eat. We saw kfc and got the $7 fill ups. Everything was great, for the people that are saying it is nasty I don’t think it is if you look at the empty plate.

The doors just need to be closed. This place is absolutely disgusting. I was served old food that has obviously been reheated multiple times. Chicken was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Asked for no ice in my drink three times and still got ice In my drink. There’s never any customers there but somehow there’s always a 10 to 15 minute wait for any food. I guess because they have to microwave it all. absolutely vile.

Slow service. Placed an online order very close to KFC. I knew the order wasn’t ready yet, so someone from the drive suggested I waited inside or bring it outside to me whenever it’s ready. Of course I went inside to wait. I literally waited for almost 30 minutes over a 3 pc, pot pie, and sandwich. While assembling my sandwich, I noticed that no one was wearing gloves. Even while touching the pickles, bread etc❗️Now I believe this place is very unsanitary when it comes to handling customers food. I was in shock. I also could tell the chicken on the sandwich was not fresh at all. Tasted like it was made the day before or made sometime in the morning.
25 minutes to give me a sandwich and the place was empty, really Poor service

I never had bad KFC nuggets before today. They would have been good if they had been cooked in fresh oil, or at least clean oil. The nuggets I got today were obviously cooked and very old oil.

Lady at window was rude, she gave us the wrong drink, basically threw our food at us and the 2 wings we got looked like the cane from baby chic and they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days.
