The young lady that was running the drive-thru was super nice and took extremely good care of me. The food was amazing and cooked fresh. My order was very complicated and the staff there went above and beyond the call of duty in order to accommodate my special request, and for that, I Thank You. I am so impressed that KFC just became a weekly meal.

The manager seemed upset, was not nice at all!!!! we said hi how are you and he ignore us, then asked for ketchup and that was like we did something wrong. Parked, no biscuits, chicken was eeh, and when my husband went inside for the biscuits they were in the oven, we waited like 10 minutes and the biscuits were not even done and still doey. We have not been here since June 2023, I recon it will be another 7 months!

Arrived At 11:20 a m on a weekday. The closest k f c to us has terrible food and service. So we decided to try a different one. This one has the buffet for lunch. First off it took some time before anybody came to the counter to take our order. And when the guy finally made his way to the counter, he couldn't have walked any slower.
