Service and speed is always lacking when I go. It used to be so much better. Worst experience I had was through the drive thru. I was told to pull to a spot and wait. I waited 20mins before going inside. Id only ordered 2 fish sandwiches. When the person at the front asked where they were someone else working in the back said they were wondering the same thing. Sounded like lack of communication somewhere. I wont go here anymore.

I have no idea why we input a station number into the mobile app for curbside pickup. I’ve had two employees come to my car with bags and ask me if they were my order. Don’t they get told where to go? Then they brought me my food but no drink.

The two employees at the front were fantastic tonight with the lobby full of Door Dash drivers, regular walk-in customers and the occasional drive thru customer who needed items or sauces. Patience under stress was demonstrated and they kept calm and continued to get through the orders as fast as possible. I wanted to commend their efforts tonight. This McDonald's is fortunate to have people who handle their business so well.

Horrible service watched 6 cars behind me get their food before me fries were on the cold side of warm and when I went inside the manager on duty was RUDE All I got was #9combo. 2 plain cheeseburgers and a fry

I stopped at this McDonald's on my way home as I had not eaten all day. Being diabetic I was dizzy and needed to eat something.I placed an order for a regular cheese burger and small fry. When I got to the window she said pull into space 6 and we will bring it out. Other people were waiting also. A lot of people came after I did with large orders and they got their meals first. I sat patiently for 27 minutes and finally had enough so I just drove off. McDonald's got my 4.90 cents and no food. Seems as these days food franchise chains don't care. I will not eat at that McDonald's again and I hope who got my food enjoyed it.

Cashier gave no receipt. Had customer waiting over 40 mins for food. Getting ither customer orders wrong.
Would give this store a -5.if i could. Need train people and better staffing. Fries where cold and uneatable. People where unprofessional.
Ordered food in store at 920am and did not receive food until 1010am, asked for refund and was told multiple times that they do not do refunds, when I received my food finally I had to remind them of the things that were missing

If I could give this place negative 10 stars, I would. Hands down the worst McDonald’s in the Upstate. I waited 20 minutes just to get the wrong order, and the lady at the drive through was not only rude but completely useless. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money here drive right past and go to Easley or Greenville instead.
