Arrived at 5:15. No one answered the drive thru. Knocked on the doors which were locked, even though the lobby is supposed to be open. Waited in line for breakfast for over 30 minutes…. Guess it’s not fast food anymore. If you can’t staff it, maybe close this store down. The wrong food was delivered anyway.

Almost EVERY TIME I go through drive thru and just order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit I have to pull in a spot and wait, today 8 minutes. Be prepared. Get a new line manager. You need one.

Great service. Fast gets the order right. And they have something many places after covid do not, and that’s kind, caring respectful people. Customer service is dead especially in fast food. But here they smile and have manners.

Maybe don't tell people to pull into a reserved spot if you can't remember where you tell them to pull forward to. Pretty sure that people would rather wait an extra couple of minutes in line instead of carrying their food to multiple vehicles asking if it's theirs.

We stopped here at 5:31 pm on 11/10/24. The white boy take our order is freaking rude and lady on second window is so mean. They forgot so much of our stuff and they told my husband he got everything trying to tell us leave the drive way.

I placed a mobile order for the drive thru… it should have been ready. But I they had me pull up.. they how about 6 other cars sitting around me waiting on food. And I’ve sat here for 20 minutes.

Do not waste your time or money on this place. Per usual just ordered basic straight off the menu. And was asked per usual to pull forward to wait. Wasn't particularly busy but noticed that every car was being ask to park somewhere to wait. Overheard one lady saying to the lady that happened come out she had been waiting over 45 minutes already. I came here last week and same thing. Waiting probably 15 minutes. To be given food and then realizing on way home that everything was cold. Putting into question exactly what was i waiting for to be made if it was all cold. I finally gave up this time and left. The lady that had been already waiting 45 minutes was still there when I left. This place should be closed and restaffed or possibly closed and just changed into a better place to eat. Never again will me and my family eat here.

This mcdonalds is not a good one to go to if you actually want to receive all of your food and not just some of it. I stopped going here finally because EVERY single time, something got left out of my bag, and it's not MY job to make sure it's all there. I always go through the drive thru, so I can't speak to the inside experience at this location. BUT, that is not my preference for food delivery. They could have excellent service inside, who knows?
