Service and speed is always lacking when I go. It used to be so much better. Worst experience I had was through the drive thru. I was told to pull to a spot and wait. I waited 20mins before going inside. Id only ordered 2 fish sandwiches. When the person at the front asked where they were someone else working in the back said they were wondering the same thing. Sounded like lack of communication somewhere. I wont go here anymore.

The two employees at the front were fantastic tonight with the lobby full of Door Dash drivers, regular walk-in customers and the occasional drive thru customer who needed items or sauces. Patience under stress was demonstrated and they kept calm and continued to get through the orders as fast as possible. I wanted to commend their efforts tonight. This McDonald's is fortunate to have people who handle their business so well.

Ordered online , order was prompt to the pick up area and food was good. But no employees were offering help at the register. You had to order by phone or kiosk. Remember some folks don't understand the difficulty for some. Plenty of employees there just no customer interaction or acknowledgement. Still need that human interface not let everything be robot like.
