Stood behind an employee waiting to order, asked what the holiday pie was twice and neither the employee in line nor the cashier looked in my direction. I’m standing directly behind the employee in line , this is shotty service at best.
Did I mention I stood there for about 8 minutes before was able to even start ordering? Sarcasm, I didn’t mention it. Anyway, terrible service and ended up leaving and not ordering.

So beware after midnight u can't purchase the limited time mcrib & so we order other food used the mobile app to order waited patiently & Oops missing food & condiments I paid extra for on top of they gave me a basket of cold fries I paid for & I was literally the only customer 😪

me and my family came to this mcdonald’s but their coffee machine wasn’t working and they couldn’t make us cappuccino which is really disappointing. wouldn’t recommend this place.
I was at this McDonald’s connected to the Pilot on Saturday Nov 30,2024. I accidentally left my purse at the McDonald’s and I’m trying to recover it! If the manager of this location or an employee can please reach out I’d appreciate it! Thanks!
I would like to say there is always something wrong with my food. They don’t know how to listen when they are taken the customers order. I used to work at McDonald’s for four years and that never happens like that at my store. This is unacceptable. Their service is horrible, the food is horrible
It’s a shame because it has a very good location, but I’m sure customers like myself don’t ever come back and that’s business they lose they could be making a lot of money if they got all the managers in the morning fire and higher new ones who really cares about customers and their job Especially especially for quality and customers service and I promise you you can talk to this people but talking to them it’s not gonna fix anything. Good luck. I am not ever coming back.

We aren't there often, only when traveling but the older lady that is at the register is always nice,as well as the other employees, they get your order right, that doesn't happen at other McDonald's in my experience

We've had serious problems with this McDonald's recently due to different drive thru workers. We've been going there about a year and always had good service. These new girls don't understand how to make a sausage mcgriddle...today they forgot the sausage. They don't know how to put that in a meal either....we've been getting it in a meal fine before this! Last time, we wanted a steak and cheese bagel with no egg and they put egg on it! They've done that one to us twice! We explain everything in detail and slowly! Our Saturday tradition is always gwy breakfast there but that may end due to these 3 issues.....it's frustrating and annoying! Doesn't help to call the store either because they just say sorry and offer nothing else.
