Its the worst mcdonalds ive been to recently! Horrible customer service employees dont want to do their job . Place order gor eat in enter table number have to go to counter to get food in bag not on tray and order not complete told would be a few minutes for my drink, fries are barley warm. Tables are filthy food ,condiments all over them. If I have to pay higher prices for someone to make 15 to 20 dollars an hour I expect customer service to be better. Mgr was apologetic but agent was disrespectful ,lying to my face saying fries cool down quickly. Guess thats dedigned to prevent lawsuits for burning my tongue but other locations warn you of hot fries. Its at a truck stop and im a truck driver understand people dont want to work but if you ate one of those dont work on the food service industry!

Worst experience ever in a McDonald's. The kiosk did not work. The manager was rude. The fries sucked and the quarter pounder with cheese was extremely salty 🧂. I had a fish sandwich that wasn't bad. I would Stay away.

I dont know what's up with these kiosks. You'll be looking through and some things will be grayed out to show that the item is out of stock... That part is great. What's not great is when you order something and pay at the kiosk just to find out 20 minutes later that what you ordered was out of stock... Then you get offered items valued less than what you ordered and when a gift card is brought up for compensation for the unavailable items, There are none available but a refund will take who knows how long to get back into my account. This is the stupid shit that causes a loss of customers. Some stupid shit happened back in 2014 at a McDonalds in Louisiana and I went 5 years without even stopping at a McDonalds and would refuse to eat from there. Not like you'll go out of business for my loss of business but maybe McDonalds just isnt the restaurant for me.

Worse McDonald’s around!!!! Always waiting just to get old fries, wrong order, then when confronting the worker I get told they aren’t old, I handed her the bag and told her to taste em then she dropped them. Manager was no help at all either. She gave me someone else’s food after she knew that I was waiting on fresh fries

For a truck stop location where they also fill delivery orders, they are severely understaffed. Slowed down processing for all orders in-house and delivery orders. I had to wait far longer than estimated by Door Dash both occasions, tonight.

This review is only for the breakfast team. I've been randomly stopping here for years. This year, the service and attitudes of the employees present at 6:00 AM on weekdays has been exemplary. THIS, is how fast food should be done. From the customer side, thank you to this particular McDonald's!

The restaurant is part of a truck stop so it has a different feel to it than a standalone store. My opinion is cumulative of several visits, either from the counter or using the drive through; ordering in person or with the app. The crews are friendly enough and were timely getting my order together. The orders have been accurately prepared and delivered timely (always with some kind of special request - condiments). The appearance of the food is average for a McD’s now (arranged over the bun, mostly). Inside the store was average, truck stop clientele, tables have a “longing for a thorough cleaning.”
Overall this is definitely one of the consistently, slightly better than average, McDonald’s in this area.
