Ordered delivery because I had a long day and didn't want to make food. Got my one picky eater a fry, and the other a happy meal, decided to try the new chicken strips. Order got here and the happy meal wasn't even in the order, and the chicken strips were tough/grisly like they weren't cooked all the way or possibly just bad cuts of meat. Threw the chicken strips away, sp I definitely don't recommend them, but hate that my other child didn't get their order. Then contacting anyone to complain is nearly impossible. Finally got door dash on the line, and of course all they would offer was to refund for the kids meal. Ill definitely not ever order delivery again. And thankful that I dont typically eat fast food, but when I do, its never going to be mcdonalds. I can't wait for my kids to finally see the lack of taste in this establishment.

Zero stars! Used app to redeem for qtr pounder w chz. Order person debated w me for several minutes saying code not valid as line stacked up. Wanted me to refresh app (which app won’t allow but had taken my points anyway). At window asks so do you want to see a mngr??? Seriously they waited until then to go find mngr. Don’t bother to use this location bc they are horrible. Now out points and no sandwich. Zero sense to get help ahead of driving up to window.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! It seems like everyone is mad. The food is never fresh. Need all new staff. Managers act like children. Worst McDonald's in Greenville!!!!!

I ordered on mobile and somehow hit pick up Inside and went to the drive thru and they said I had to come inside. I explained I couldn’t leave the car and it was a mistake. It was a big deal. He said “my manager said you have to come inside”. Really? You can’t hand me the food through the window? Horrible service as always.

Check your bags b4 you leave. I ordered a Dbl filet-O-Fish, paid, got home and it's was a single Filet. I think I done with them this time..smh
Don't go here after 12AM They have a limited menu and only sell Big Mac and chicken nuggets!!

Open 24 hrs and even with broken screens they somehow had a working ice cream machine at midnight. Actually gives you what you ordered and makes the shakes rigggghhhht

Darius, I'm leaving this review for the African American lady that was there Monday, they were completely rude to me, told me I couldn't buy the toys separately, her and some other white man with an accent, I'm not coming up there anymore, you are a good man, and this review does not reflect on you, I had to tell them I was going to email McDonald's before they would sell them. I DON'T THINK THE MANAGER PAYS ANY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS

The food was OK but the service seemed more focused on the drive through. No one was at the counter and those in the back would just look at me and go back to work. It was five minutes before someone came from outside and waited on me. It seems that sorry service is prevalent now in the “once fast food” industry.
