They like most fast food restaurants have given up. lazy employees poor management. looking forward to the day I drive by and see this one closed. Walmart is taking out self scan McDonald's might want to take a hint. You lost parents with kids as you took out playgrounds now you have kiosk so I have to ring myself up what's next do I need to cook and bag it? Thanks for convincing me to just make my own breskfast!!

this staff needs a complete overhaul. I sat in line for 20 minutes before my order was confirmed, and another 25 minutes waiting for a frappe, which I had to go inside for, where I found a lobby full of drive thru customers being ignored and given the run around and missing items from their orders. the workers at this restaurant are drowning it. they told me they couldn't make the dulce de leches frappe in the drive through but when I went inside the cashier made it for me. workers were very very slow and unconcerned. even playing on their phones while they dawdled about forgetting they have jobs and responsibilities.

They don't open when they say they do, they charge more for add ones than other McDonald's do, and when I thanked the woman who gave me my food she just walked away. And now I'm kicking myself for not checking the bag because they left out a sandwich. This location struggles with order accuracy.

The worst drive through... I waited 30 or more mins, on a Wednesday. Only to find out they messed up a 12 passenger vans food, in front of who in the drive through. Horrible service, i asked for my money back, witch they refunded me on my card. I ll see tomorrow if it happend. Dont go there!!!

Absolutely the slowest unorganized Mc Donald’s in the upstate. AVOID if you don’t wanna be in the drive thru over 30 mins for 2 items.

Ordered a 10 piece nuggets and a apple pie and they had me pull up and they served 5 car's before they came out and gave me my order. It should have not taken that long.
