If I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. I used mobile order. Arrived to the window and was told the restaurant is out of all food. What! I said I’ll change my order. They said they are out of everything. Hmmmm. I found that hard to believe. I asked for a refund. They said I have to contact corporate. I did. Nothing! I even asked for a credit on my app. Nothing. I contacted BBB and they said restaurants like this rarely respond to complaints. So, I’m out my money. And, when when I drove by the restaurant about 30 minutes later there were people being served in the drive thru. Imagine that. They received food in 30 minutes and had time to cook it for the next in line customers.

This place is a joke! I went thru the drive thru specifically for a Caramel Frappé for me and one for my man. I also had my app pulled up to get the code to get my sweet doggie a double cheeseburger to which my
Code allowed me 40% off. The guy comes on the speaker with no personality, didn’t ask would I be using my mobile app… just basically what you want…I told him I had a code and when it came up I give it to him and then he says ok what else? I told
Him how I wanted the burger and again he says “what else”? I said we want to Caramel Frappes…. And he cut me off with “ Our Frappé machine do not work and I don’t like fooling with it!” …… So we drove off which I’m sure made his day! I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional and lazy (shall I go on?) this employee was!!!!! From what I gathered, the machine wasn’t broken, his ability to take the time to fix two frappe's was broken and he wasn’t doing anything that required a little extra work!!!! Unbelievable!!! So because I had already clicked on the deal in my app, I lose it and I didn’t get the frappé I was really craving and although we didn’t really have the money to be spending on them we had decided to splurge …..This guy ruined that for us, my dog left hungry and we left with no frappé. I may have believed the machine was broke(which is an excuse I’ve heard over and over along with the ice cream
Machine being broken) from nearly every McDonalds I’ve gone to no matter what town I’ve been in, but when he added that he “don’t like fooling with it” that let me know all I need to know!!!! Lazy employees who don’t want to do their job but want to get paid and I’m sorry but Mcds should fire any and every employee that pulls this crap! No excuses! These days of the machine is broke or down it’s Mcds needs to be over with! It’s 2026 Mcds make your employees do better or FIRE them and get some employees in there that understand making ice creams and frappe’s is all part of the job!!!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is slow and the employees are not very friendly. The last time I visited people were vaping near where we were eating and management said absolutely nothing. We won’t be back.
