It is really sad that the regional manager has not taken action to help their employees in this store. Tonight there are 4 employees and we can’t even get anyone to acknowledge us at the drive thru or even have the courtesy to say “bare with us please, we are extremely short-staffed” or “we are only serving dine-in customers only.” They are just letting people sit there. Unfortunately, my kid is screaming for McDonalds and this is the only one nearby. With the growth in this area, it’s sad that they would not make it more attractive to work here. You have many people working at the companies in this area that find it convenient to live here and cannot even get reliable fast food. At this point, even while short staffed, they should have data to help them get ahead of rush hours. If it weren’t for my kid, I would go elsewhere. It’s sad because the employees are really nice and doing the best they can. I drove around and the young man that helped me was so nice despite their circumstance. Drive through and dining room are both swarming with people. Think about all the people that drove off. The young man that helped me deserves 5-stars.

Horrible experience! Waited 55mins for our food. "Manager" has no customer service skills whatsoever and after reading other reviews seems her excuse is being understaffed for all the issues (exactly what she told us too) Plenty of cars went through drive thru and other inside customers came and went while WE were waiting ?. Another customer that waited 45mins asked for a refund and she was completely rude with him and did not refund him his full amount! Said could not refund tax... considering he received no food, should have been refunded that as well! Finally received our food and sat down, then notice no ketchup or napkins... 10mins to get those ?. Warned others when they entered to rethink dining there... saved a few people's time today! Avoid this location especially if that "manager" is on duty (Caucasian female, tattoo on lower arm)

This location take 20 plus minutes and never answers their drive though. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION if you don't want to sit all night.

It is sad when you have to wait upwards of 10 min at the morning drive thru just to leave with no order. This has happened on several occasions at this location. One person for drive thru on both ends. Doors locked so you can't go in to order. The owner should most likely close this location as he can't seem to get people to work and even if they are there they're out having a smoke. Just so frustrating

They re so slow at the drive thru and rude, they closed the window while we ask for something or a question. And they took almost an hr to give us our chicken nuggets and fries. There were like 3 cards that left because noone assisted them at the drive thru window. The order was incomplete and the large fries were just half way...Terrible service and to make it was ese my chicken nuggets were soggy and one of them had like a piecw of silicone inside. I need refund

Happy Sunday!! I patiently waited for almost 20mins as the “manager” taking orders advised they were short staffed. However, while waiting 3 cars that pulled up well after me were allowed to order with less than a 5min wait. At this point I pulled up to place my order directly. The “manager” taking orders advised that they had tried to obtain my order at the speaker which was absolutely not true. I’m not sure if she was whispering or talking without her mic on because I was not given the opportunity to place my order prior to pulling up to the window. The “manager” became irate and very unprofessional because I advised that I wasn’t sure what they still had left as it was almost time for them to transition to lunch by this time. I advised that I had been very polite, patient and respectful up until her blaming me for not having my order taken initially. Ma’am you did not come back to me. My radio was off and my window was down just enough to hear you. I witnessed the same thing happen to 2 of the vehicles in the same line before me. Stop blaming your customers for your incompetence and take responsibility for your errors. You definitely appear to have lived long enough to know better

Got here at 3PM on 4/8 there was only two cars total in the drive-through ahead of me and when I pull up, they told me to give them 15 minutes before I’m allowed to place my order because they want to go outside and look at the solar eclipse. Are you kidding??

No one was even working at the restaurant at 7:30 AM. I swing through here a couple days a month for breakfast. They are always slow but today I waited in line with about eight other cars for over 15 minutes before I pulled out and left. As I was driving around not a single staff member could be seen except for one guy cleaning in the parking lot. 2 other cars pulled out and left behind me.

This is the worst location. They can’t work the drive thru to save their lives. They take 2-3 cars in the first lane before they ever get to the second lane. The food is NEVER fresh. They always have some issue, no burger patties, no tea, no coins…. Wish they’d close down already!
