I have tried twice in the last two months to get a to-go order here to be told the same thing. Tonight I pull up to the drive thru window with no one in front of me and am told it will be 15 minutes to get a single hotdog. If they do this enough, they will be out of business as I will not be getting off the interstate again in the pouring rain for poor service. Good luck NickHenry's because that's the last time.

Front desk person got our order wrong (we asked for 2 baskets and they charged us for two burgers and two fries) making the order $5 more expensive than what we wanted. When I asked for clarity on the pricing, the person at the front was very quick to put two receipts on the table and say that the reason why it is $1.25 extra is because of a credit card fee. I did not want to keep going back and forth over the pricing (cost of basket vs cost of burger + fries), so I paid with $20 cash just to be done with it. Food was greasy and the fries were salty. The rep that handled our order really ruined the experience from the start. My wife didn't even want to finish her food.

To the owner responding to this comment, I was eating at the time I posted the review. I believe it was around 5:30 PM.

Not sure what arrived by door dash, food cold, no fries, messy. No cutlery to eat coleslaw. Very cold.

Delicious and generous servings. Ladies at the counter are delightful and so kind. Came for the bird dog and did not leave disappointed!

Salads and sandwiches are good. The bird dog left me uninspired. Menu boards were turned off and printed menus without prices were used, implying that prices just went up again. Noisy.

Well I guess melting a piece of American cheese on something makes it a melt. Any other patty melt we have ever had elsewhere has always been grilled with unions. This was just an over cooked thin hamburger on toast. My ribeye melt was a thin overcooked piece of meat with a piece of American cheese. It was overcooked, it tasted like leather. It was so thin. For $23 that's with the 20%off melts on Monday, I expected better. I definitely don't recommend it.

I have been enjoying this place for years and I'm so glad to see they have reopened for the afternoon hours ? hopefully Google will allow this post to go through because for some reason without explanation I have several reviews stuck in pending for several months! Unfortunately this place is no longer serving breakfast but I'm happy to see they have wings now. They are good sized ones and very flavorful. Pork Chops are really good and so are the burgers, especially the large one ?
