First time we tried food wasn't good, service was okay. We decided to try again on a Friday night at 9:40 pm. Host was by the entrance and walked away when she saw us without saying anything, we waited and noticed that she moved to the other side of the restaurant and stood there doing nothing I guess didn't wanted to be bothered. Nobody seemed to care, so we decided to leave, and I decided to write this review bc if you don't want to do businesses why are you open? Not sure if owners are aware but in my opinion they are the first ones that should pay attention. If service is not good it will compensate with good food but this place has none of them. Spend your money somewhere else?

The waitress wrote themselves a tip that I didnt write. I came in just for an appetizer and required minimal service. Thats stealing from me. The music is loud and annoying and the food is pretty decent. Nothing special. Go to another place nearby instead.

Food was delicious and the inside was nice. Our only issue was with the server. He was very short with us and never made sure he got our order right. He was sometimes hard to understand and just got me a refill in my soda without asking, which I didn’t want because they charge for refills. We will try again in the future because the food is really good, hopefully the service will be better.

This wasn't my 1st time eating at Patron, but it very well may be my last. I ordered the shrimp salad, and I got a bowl of onions and bell pepper! Seriously, half of my bowl was raw onion and bell pepper!! There was no description on the me u, so you are lead to think it's the same as the garden salad, with grilled shrimp. ? Not at all!! When I asked the person who delivered the food to our table, he rudely said, "That's how it comes. You got what you ordered!" I said," ok..." and picked at my salad eating around the peppers and onions. The Server asked why I didn't eat it and said something to the guy who delivered or did. Come to find out, the rude guy was the manager on duty. Since he didn't care, why should I give them my business. There were 8 of us that day. 2 were happy with their food. You can take a chance, but I won't eat there again.
Excellent service, great atmosphere and phenomenal food for an overall superior experience. This particular visit was my wife and my 9th wedding anniversary and our tradition every year is to have Mexican food and this is the place moving forward.

One of the best places for great Mexican food in Greenville. I've been here several times, especially because I have family that really enjoys Mexican food.This is not a generic "pick a number" menu. They have some items I've never seen before at similar restaurants, and everything I've had here is very good. A personal favorite is the "senor flank" taco, which has cactus (nopal) - a different/fun food to try, though it does mostly taste like green peppers.The only downer is the number of TVs. There might be literally 15 of them around the room. It gets hard to have a focused conversation sometimes. But, that's a small issue, overall.

they don't put pricing on the menu... they direct you to the QR code...and it's 1/4 of the me you and 1/4 of that doesn't have pricing. I'm. it cheap but dang I'd like to know pricing before I order... if nothing else just to keep them honest. food is decent
