I ordered the pizza box thru Uber eats I ordered extra icing and extra marinara sauce payed .75 for each and didn't get them I ordered from y'all at least 3 times a month please start checking the orders better the person that put the order together even checked it off as done

If I could leave 0 stars , I would. I placed a to go order yesterday online, then called to change the wing sauce flavor 4 minutes later. I was told by a nice man that it was no problem. That is until arrived 25 minutes later, and only AFTER I had paid that the wings were dipped within the first 4 minutes and could not be changed by the extremely rude girl that checked me out. I also ordered a thin crust pizza with peperoni that tasted like it was cooked the day before with NO sauce, it was inedible. The other pizza was original pan and it was likewise cold and had almost no sauce on it either. They have absolutely no customer service and the food was horrible. I will never return.

Go to pick up food an I just sit in drive thru for 10 min looking stupid..... employee walks up moping looks at me an continue to mop......do you guys wanna make money or waste ppl time man gas........TRASH!!!!!!

The lack of toppings and cheese is ridiculously greedy, I also asked for the garlic parmesan as the sauce on the pizza and it has marinara, will not go here again.

On 8.11.2024 I purchased 2 pizza's one buffalo wing and one chicken Alfredo pasta total was 48.33 told me 20 min I was there in 18min I only live 10min away got the food home nothing was fresh couldn't go back had to work!!!!

So I called to place an Order and it was obvious I was trying to get a special. But if I asked for a large 10.99 pizza which I had to spend more so I said okay let me do the medium pizza special then. Why did she still ring me up for regular price then when I told her I wanted the $7 medium one topping which I ordered why would you ring me up regular price and then say I didn’t ask for the $7 medium pizza!! But they are the SAME THING!! I then asked for it and proceeded to give my card number when I said that almost pissed me off not even talking to her now! She was so worried about what I said instead of getting my card number I repeated my self. She got an attitude and hung up I called back twice and she proceeded to hang up. This store manager has the worst attitude EVER on top of the fact she showed they are LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And honestly this company wouldn’t get my money anymore!

This place is a little house of horrors. It took me 8 minutes for them to even acknowledge me at the drive-thru even though there was nobody else in line and the pizza one I got it was worse than DiGiorno. As a matter of fact I think DiGiorno was much better that I had last week. They have downsized the pizza and the quality of the dough is not what it used to be I'm very sad ?

I forgot why I stopped ordering pizza here. Honestly one of the worse Pizza Huts I've ever been to. My last 3 experiences over the course of 2 years have been awful. I feel like my recent medium sized pizza was smaller than I remember. Definitely smaller than other quick pizza joints. Under sauced even though I asked for extra sauce. Ingredients were low quality and bland. Hopefully I remember to never order from this location again.
