I waited a long time before writing this because this is my neighborhood Starbucks… but it has been years now, so I feel it’s been enough time for me to say that this is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.. I just ordered a lavender latte it tastes like pistachio.. and that’s not the first time. Pretty much any time I order a drink it’s wrong… I’ve literally driven extra miles just not to go to this Starbucks, which is sad. Today was the last time I’ll be going here. I will drive the extra miles for better baristas especially considering the price.

Some the employees… emphasis on the word SOME are super kind, so I don’t like writing bad reviews… but you guys have to do better…

If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles for Starbucks… there’s one in Greenville a couple of miles from the Powdersville location… on Augusta road that’s way better!

We drive 10 minutes off the expressway and arrived at 8:03 pm. The three kids working behind counter said that they closed at 8pm . Google says 9pm. Pretty irritating.

Ask for an ice coffee and they say they can’t so I asked for a decaf coffee and they say they DONT MAKE DECAF COFFEE! I just walked out. The laziness kills me. Do not come here if you want any decent coffee.

This is one of the only locations that charges for light ice ( I understand no ice but not light ice) I said it was fine like I have before and then my drink was still 3/4 full of ice. What the hell did I pay for. This is one of the worst starbucks locations.

Young ones didn’t know what customer service is and they gave a half cup filled black coffee which was not hot and charged the full price and didn’t even care to mention that they were out of coffee until I asked why the cup is not filled up.

the employees at this establishment are very nice and respectful. but i have seen the manger scold some employees INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. and make threats to the employees saying that they could be demoted or written up for nothing!! i honestly think the manger is only nice to the customers for a good review. as a customer i shouldn't even be able to know about this stuff but this manager has no respect for her employees and does not care if a customer is watching. a good manger would respect the people working for her because without them there would be no starbucks. she also works painfully slow. When one of the teens take my order and i see her standing ready to make the drink i am automatically upset because i know that it will take ten minutes just to get a small drink. somebody please do something about this!!
