Ordered three hot drinks, left without the lattes and without a refund after 30 minutes of waiting for them. I kid you not. They NEVER started making anyone’s hot drinks, just cold drinks. Line around the parking lot of drive through orders. They turned off online ordering. They should have stopped taking any new orders until they caught up.

This location ALWAYS has their lobby closed and order ahead unavailable in the mornings which is when you really need it. Staffing staffing staffing is always the excuse.

I love Starbucks Chai tea. That pretty much the only thing I get from there. However 4 or out the 5 times I visited this particular location they are always out of it. It’s super frustrating to wait in line for something and they don’t have it. Especially more than once. I usually get it all the time at other locations

I always get excellent service here, but today was above and beyond. The barista offered my dog a pup cup and I told her that my dog is allergic due to a new autoimmune disease. The amazing barista then offered a mini cup of ice instead. Thanks for loving my pup! 🩷
