This new location has started great and I have only had good experiences so far. The lines have gone quickly and the beverages have always tasted fresh. A small tip: you cannot turn left out of the main entrance when leaving to get back on the highway but there is a street at the back exit you can take and can make a left turn to get back on the highway.

SO far not impressed with this Starbucks I go to 4/5 times a week through Drive thru and they never have what I actually want. Always out of everything! And the wait time takes way too long!

This store is so nice and convenient. I have been stopping about Once a week for coffee. So I placed my order online and used the drive-through. Well, today at 5:46 am I drive up to the window. NO ONE WAS IN LINE. The drive-thru was empty. I drove up and asked for my order with my name. The Starbucks employee said I messed up the box up. I needed to drive back around the building stop at the box and come back. I am on my way to work. And this employee chooses to play games. My coffee was sitting in the window but she was having a bad day I guess. I will get my coffee elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle.

I went and was standing at the register the employees didn't greet me or come over there was on the side having a personal conversation i waited awhile and still no one came over to take my order so i left out! Very rude and giving discrimination vibes! I clearly didn't need to support buying anything from this place anyway with service like this

Excellent customer service from the minute we walked in to the minute we left, I was on my way to Georgia Outlets with my husband and son and of course I needed a drink, we stop in this store that it was a little out of our way but it was the closest one I'm addictive to Starbucks and all the beautiful tumblers so I got two and another two plastic that my kids love them cause it change colors when cold Anyway overall this Starbucks and the one on route 85 by Woodruff Rd are the nicest and friendliness ones, keep up the good work cause that is what makes customers come back not any offers or store names, I could LOVE a place like this but if I get a bad customer service experience, believe me I will not come back for a second one and I will go out of my way to go to the one with great customer service like this store, I'm very please Sorry, I didn't take the name of the barista, I wish on my application will show the name of the person that help you, anyway it was on a Sunday and he was the most patient one, for some reason my Internet was not working as fast as usual to recharge my card and he even gave me a tip what to do on my iPhone to speed it up. Hopefully by looking at my review and matching time and date the store manager knows who the worker was, kudos to him for a job well done
