First of all, let me say the morning crew between the hours of 6 and 1 PM is awesome Monday through Friday. These people are always happy. I have been to this Starbucks literally about seven times. My coffee is always perfect. If I order any type of pastry, it’s delicious and they are always sweet and Kind every time I come I live about seven Starbucks away, but I choose to come all the way to this one first of all because it’s closer to my job, but even if I’m off work, I would rather come to this Starbucks just because of the people that work there they all deserve raises thank you so much to all of the starbee’s ⭐️ staff.

Best Starbucks in town! Friendly staff for the most part and place is very clean. But DARRION! DARRION! Is the best of the best, always greets me with a excited boss man! And knows my orders by heart. Always good to have a nice conversation with him. Truly excellent customer service at its finest that young man is going places in life if he keeps this up🫡

Been coming here a little after this place open most of the employees I've came in contact with so far has been nice, but I've witnessed twice this same heavy set Blk girl I'm sorry this is the only way I know how to describe her because I don't have a name always mess up my drink witch have me to believe she's doing it intentionally she always putting extra ingredients in my drink when I simply ask not to plus it's on the (label cup) & this time again I seen her do it again some May think you don't know how a drink supposed to taste like especially if its a common drink that you drink then the guy that reimbursed me said well people make mistakes, wrong it wasn't a mistake when u have proof. I think people need to start taking pictures and videos of employees doing things to people orders especially when a customer has proof because it's putting Starbucks in a liable position not to mention wasting there product when they should be made to replace it, in some situations it's not all about the money. Something needs to be done because I'm sure this has happened at several stores. Be Bless

I’ve tried this place so many times, location is great so was hoping it would get better since it’s new. 9 times out of 10 order is made incorrectly and does not even taste remotely good. At Starbucks prices I think this is unacceptable. Go to West Georgia Rd location, they never miss!

Order here everyday, put a comment one day asking for straws. The next day they made my ordered completely wrong on purpose. I ordered 2 venti iced white mochas ( I have pictures ) and they sent both without white mocha and with the tags saying no white mocha. (Who would even order that?) they did it on purpose thinking they were slick. You can see in the pictures what I ordered bs what they sent. Hopefully they get some new employees that don’t act like 12 year olds.

The guy that took our order was very nice and you could definitely tell he’s been around a barista has definitely done customer service, but the people that made our drinks and we’re talking to us were very rude. They didn’t even get my name right on the cops which I paid through my app, so it shows my name And I just would not recommend this one to anybody that is looking for friendliness and talkative. This is not the one they just are very rude. Definitely not recommending this Starbucks at all Malden is banging

I know that they just opened here. But for some reason the coffee keeps having a fish water type taste to it if that makes sense. I don't know how else to describe it. I've tried a few different times thinking maybe it was just an off day or whatever but for the past three times it's had a fish water type taste to it.
