They are always out of everything. I went in today at 11:30 am and they are already out of the foot long pretzels and buffalo sauce. Also I got a foot long meatball sub and my sub has all of 4 meat balls on it. I don’t get toppings on my meatball sub so I paid 10$ for 4 meatballs, half a spoon of sauce and some bread. That’s crazy… do better subway

Sandwich prep was rude . I witnessed her rub her nose with gloves on , kindly asked her to change them before she prepared my sandwich and her mood Instantly changed . She slapped my sandwich together with not a care in the world . I don’t get her name but it was a younger African American girl . I went around 12pm definitely won’t be back . Rude and nasty customer service!

Went by last night to get a sandwich for my lunch today only to bite into it and there be an actual clump of mud - I felt the grit on my teeth and spit it out, opened the sub and I could pull dirt out. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? Obviously it was intentional and when I called I was greeted by a rude “manager” laughing saying that since it was last night nothing can be done. This is absolutely disgusting and there’s no way it was an accident, and the manager said it was a joke - STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

The service was very very rotten at the time I got there p they made me wait so they can clean everything and then they took their time to get it and then it costs $3 more than it used to so who's collecting the big bucks they don't even take coupons there

Should not allow for mobile pick up order without training personnel on how to receive these orders. Not the stores fault, but more so management.
It’s now 30 mins after it’s supposed to open and the lady in there has the door locked & will not budge to open the door. If you guys are losing money here it’s because the people who work there don’t care enough to do things in a timely manner.

Called to get subs for church, told I couldn't get them without a 12-24 hour notice because they had to have bread for their walk in and drive thru customers. But I could have ordered the 5 subs there...which didn't make sense but okay. The first girl on the phone was rude then put someone else on the phone which told me she couldn't do it. I'm kinda thankful that she didn't because I was able to get them from another location with the 2 hour notice (it was 5 subs all meat/cheese only) and they were 10.00 cheaper on their trays. I had used Subway in Moonville for years but after this ordeal Subway of Williamston has won my business from yesterday moving forward. I can't say ENOUGH nice things about their customer service.

Stopped to order at this subway. It was very unsanitary the front counter was nasty behind the chips. The counters where they prep the sandwich was nasty, there was nasty inbetween cutting boards where they prepare the sandwich. It was just not clean and the girl that was serving me did not look like she wanted to be there.
