Stopped to order at this subway. It was very unsanitary the front counter was nasty behind the chips. The counters where they prep the sandwich was nasty, there was nasty inbetween cutting boards where they prepare the sandwich. It was just not clean and the girl that was serving me did not look like she wanted to be there.

2 stars primarily given to the 2 young ladies working at the front counter. They were kind and attentive despite their manager constantly looming over them. We came in about an hour before closing, ample time to prepare an order as the inside was empty and only 2-3 cars were in the drive through. It was evident that their manager or shift leader, an older lady, was ready to start closing and leave despite there being an hour left and customers trying to eat. Whilst trying to make my sandwich, the manager kept rushing the girls and distracting them by telling them they need to get on other chores like sweeping and mopping when they should be focused on making our sandwich first as that’s the point of the business. After receiving our sandwiches we tried to sit down and eat, but the older lady/manager told us we can’t eat here and had to leave cause they’re closed when that clearly is not the case because it is still an hour before then. Was looking forward to finally sitting and eating as we were driving for a long time and only passing by the area. It is a shame when the girls working the front have a better business sense and a better understanding of prioritizing the customer in comparison to someone who is in a management position. Sandwich itself was ok, nothing crazy. Definitely felt like I had an upset stomach after eating, but not sure if it was caused by the sandwich or from the bad taste left in my mouth by the manager. Would rather go to a different subway.

I arrived at this location on last Thursday night around 9:35pm. It should that the drive-thru was still opened. So I pulled up to the speaker waiting for someone to take my order. But no-one answered. So I pulled up to the window & nobody was even there to take any orders. But his place closes at 10:00pm......SMH. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location ever!!

The lobby is constantly being closed earlier than the hours posted. I went through drive-thru and my order was made incorrectly. I ordered one white and one wheat sub and they were both on white bread after I waited 16 minutes on my order and I was the only one in the line and no one in the restaurant. There were 3 to 4 employees there and no customers, so they were not understaffed. I went back to get the corrected order, and at that time expressed how dissatisfied I was that the lobby keeps closing early. I was told it was only closed because they were mopping the floors. I said normally a wet floor sign is placed, not closing the entire lobby. It was obvious they were cleaning early to close so they could leave early. I was told “well,we did”, and the drive- thru door was slammed in my face by the male employee that took my order. Customer service was not good, nor was I offered anything for the inconvenience of having to return and wait a 2nd time for my order. My sandwich was mediocre amd customer service was terrible. This needs to improve.

This subway Do not honor the local coupons the school sale in their honor. The service is was not up to a standard of someone paying for a service. The food was left uncovered. The meat was dried out and the workers were not friendly. Save your money go to a deli make your own food. Or go to a business that truly care about having clients

I've order sandwiches her multiple times thru the app and have not had any issues with them. People are always friendly and prompt when picking up my order through the drive thru. The sandwiches topping have been at a good level for the price. Giving these guys five stars after going to another subway the other day and getting terrible food, these guys do there job well. Keep it up.

Please do not go here if you value your HEALTH!!! This location has fallen all the way off! Few weeks ago my husband and I went inside to order a sandwich, but it looked as if they were TRYING to clean. With stuff everywhere, we opted in for something else because we didn't want the dust flying around and we're trying to get a sandwich made. Well today 6.8.23 we pulled in to give it another try! NOT EVEN HAPPENING!! WE PULLED OFF. When we arrived we saw people sitting all on top of their cars outside, right in front of the door smoking black and mild cigars!!! And yes they were employees because they had on blackt-shirts with subway going across the front. That was it. I'm so disappointed because before Covid-19 this location was pretty good and clean. Just trust me, go to another location you will be better off.

Worst subway ever I went one time to get a sub and cookies for a kids party all chocolate chips because of a huge nut allergy and to my surprise they gave me all white nut ! Not a call saying hey we are all out of chocolate chip or anything. I was told I could get a refund and surprise surprise no one knew what the hell I was talking about !

It's one of the worst subways I have been to. Customer service is barely a 1. Received Subway coupons in mail (junk mail), of which they do not honor. Not good business practices.

Ordered one sub. About $12.00 with tax included. Sub was good but not worth the price. You can get the same sub for a couple of dollars less at other locations.

Paid for double meat, but only received less than one serving… was home by the time I found out or else so would have gone back for them to fix it. Drive thru not a great idea.
