No greeting customer service and worse employees rude as hell I already placed order online and didjt ask me on front and after 5-7 min standing i said where is my order she said oh you could ask us i said you didnt even ask and she said I am so rude and she said dont come back I been going to the taco bell since 15 yrs but ok

Would leave zero stars if I could - waited 40+ minutes in the drive through, just to almost get up to order and hear them tell the woman in front of us that it would be a 10 minute wait just to order. Have never written a review on a fast food place before, but then again have never had such a bad drive through experience

Do not order from this place you pay $35 for 12 tacos and only get 9. This happens to me every time I order a 12 pack so over it, all I ever get is we will make it right. It should be right the first time🤬 Then when you ask for a manager it’s a laughing matter never again will I eat at this restaurant😡

I order a chicken cantina meal and received a Crunchwrap, grilled cheese burrito, and a chalupa. And they even gave me the Avocado Verde Salsa, which ONLY comes with the chicken cantina meal that I DIDNT receive. Terrible.
Light doesn’t move at the speed in which I’d lay off the management at this location. Time to retrain.

Never in my life have I ever waited 45 minutes for fast food. Im not even being dramatic. Literally, 45 minutes. We spent $40 on food that was mediocre; the chalupas barely had any filling. They didnt give us any sauce after we asked and my husband had to go inside because they put our mobile order inside instead of bringing out to drive thru. The one guy making the food was SO SlOW. And they missed one of our burritos and gave us a taco instead. Im 5 months pregnant and aggravated. The worst.
