The black older lady who works in the window is beyond rude!! Attitude for no reason! I asked for some sauce because she gave me 2 and she threw them! Threw them into my bag then slammed the window?

Way understaffed. I noticed poor health practices while waiting 10 minutes for my small order. The employee making food had hair braids down to their waist but had no hair covering/restraint at all. The food was sub-par; even for a Taco Bell where everything is made from the same small number of ingredients.

RUDEST EMPLOYEE HERE EVER. black bob silver teeth? idk didn’t get a chance to look at her name tag but was raising her voice and being condescending over us asking to add one thing. she kept repeating “i asked you to confirm the order on screen.” we made a simple mistake of saying yes too quickly but that doesn’t warrant a rude and unnecessary attitude. NEVER SPEAK TO INNOCENT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT! my mom is shy and was already worried about adding to the order and this employee made it worse.

was told they were open on both the website AND apple maps…we drove here using gas (that isn’t free btw) just to see a sign on the DRIVE THROUGH BOX saying “closing at 12”…like okay thanks for wasting my time AND gas.
My god, does this still hold true, june twenty seventh twenty twenty five I just went to this location and the person cooking had a bad attitude. She screwed up my order. Because I asked for my stuff, grilled extra grilled, not steamed, and she sends me some sloppy mush, and gets upset when I ask for it to be remade. I hate to break a tour but it was more inconvenient for me after having to go all the way through the drive through and wait to have to come back in the store and wait for her to remake that. So I definitely didn't need her bad attitude in her telling me those come steamed well, if you knew your job, you would know that you could change how they're cooked. Every single time I go to this location there's at least one employee with a bad attitude. And the ladies room was absolutely disgusting!
Tonight's supposed they were training new people but every time you go there is some issue. Tonight I was literally missing half of my order and my two Cinnabons. Thank God the girl with the window told me to check my order they should do that themselves. Her reason was that she didn't have gloves on. So throw on some gloves and check the order that's your job right not mine. Then they overflowed my drink and tried to hand me the cup I had to ask them to clean it up so they didn't hand me a sticky cup.

Went there today to start off they have absolutely the best store manager. I've seen or met in any fast food restaurants in the Powdersville area. I'm a regular customer I was there about 3 weeks ago, there was a young man that was really working hard and looked to be working harder than everyone else he took my order washed his hands put on fresh gloves. I said I'm glad your making my meal because the other guy making the food for the drive thru was using the register and touching everything and making food and this wasn't the first time I've seen him do so then he said something to me and it wasn't really nothing bad, but I could tell he was frustrated went today the same clean guy apologized while making my meal and he really didn't say anything wrong I told him so. Thought to myself. Great guy right there and an employee. He should be a shift manager, and I could see him having his own store one day if he wants to go that route 👍
