Taco Bell. The new Cantina menu has nice new flavor as compared to the original menu items. Hopefully it will be a permanent addition. The staff here are good. I rarely have a problem with my orders, and I generally double check that I have everything before I leave.

I hate to say it but I miss when Ms. Penny ran this store! My order has been the same since moving to Greenville 6 years ago and has never been made wrong until she left. This is the FIFTH time my order has been wrong and you would think that I have a complicated order. It’s the Crunchwrap meal with a Dr Pepper sub all the beef for black beans. I’m vegetarian, I physically cannot stomach beef anymore. I’ve tried and tried to make amends with Ms Penny leaving but I’ll just find some other place that welcomes vegetarians

This has been my go to Taco Bell as of lately, the food is amazing and always fresh, the staff is always so welcoming and friendly, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. I bring some home for dinner and everything is still crunchy! Best Taco Bell in the area 10/10.
How about a chicken enchilada burrito combo and I had a chicken chalupa with nacho cheese. It was barely any Nacho cheese on it. The. Double stack taco had Nacho cheese only on one side of it. And I'm hoping that the chicken enchilada burrito is OK because I haven't got to that yet. Had I been the one getting my food, I would have looked at it before driving off and gave it back. The amount of money I paid for my food I could have gone to McDonald's and gotten better. And may I add that my taco shell was not hard, and it was kinda stuck to the paper, meaning that this had sat for a little while before they even gave it out.

Poor treatment of customers. Over 5 customers waiting to be helped inside for over 15mins, all employees ignored us. They were only worried about the drive-through. One person ordered a mobile ordered waited inside for 20mins and after asking about their food was told it be a few minutes. They then said they wanted a refund because they needed to be at work in 10 minutes. At this point, a refund was given for a single taco and a drink. Honestly, if I set aside the long wait. Just the way the customers were treated inside was unprofessional and unpleasant. I will not be eating dinner there for a very long time.

twice this week. did not get order correct. Left items out. Burrito, chalupa and quesadilla. (not cheap....especially if you add it to many others that they have done it to) I really feel at this point it is not a mistake but on purpose for revenue. Hoping you won't come back to make it right. Food is too expensive now that you shouldnt cheat people and give them what they order. Quesadilla (ordered 2 got 1) mediocre filled.
