I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. Today the mobile ordering platform refused to process my order. I called the piedmont location and was advised they couldn't fix the issue and if I ordered by phone I couldn't use the coupon for the special. This was by a manager when asking if he was stating that due to an issue on their end I was being penalized by not getting the special they advertise online and via the flyer mailed to me he stated yes. I advised I'd not do business there again. And plan not to. Riddiculous that they want help when the error is on their end.

We have enjoyed Tony's for many years now. They have the best pizza and wings that keep us coming back. We are grateful for the great customer service and friendliness of staff!
Ordered 1 large cheese pizza….it was over cooked and came cold?? How does that happen?? Was it sitting off to the side for a few hours and just warmed up?? Absolute trash. But the DoorDash was fast…so if u want quick burnt cold chewy trash to feed your dog…

For those ordering from the online menu, BE WARNED that the actual prices they charge for most items will be higher than the online menu, and they don't tell you that when you call in (This is their own menu on their own website, not any 3rd party app). Also, you don't get an itemized receipt. Just a feeling that the cost was more that it should have been after you pay and pick up your order.
When I returned to the store to bring this to their attention, the initial response from the manager/owners was that there's a note on the bottom of the menu that says prices may change.
Well, that note is on the in-store menu, but it is NOT on the online menu. Regardless, this is not the way to earn respect nor trust, in my opinion.
Instead, these guys need to get on the ball and fix the menu pricing that is displayed to customers, AND provide an itemized receipt. In the meantime, TELL the customers about the pricing changes until you get the online menu fixed. (As of the date of this review, it's almost 2 weeks since my order, and the online menu is still unchanged - no idea how much earlier than that they had raised the prices in the order system.)
After far more discussion that should have been necessary, the managers eventually offered to refund or credit, but it didn't total to the full food + tax + tip amount.
Food is OK. I'll return.

At one point had this a 5* rating but I am changing it. The food is good, but the last 2 times I have been here the wait time has been horrendous. The first time I had been there 50 minutes for a call in carry out order. I asked the guy at the counter how much longer & he said he was sorry, they forgot to make my order. The second time it took 40 min for a call in pick up order that they told me over the phone it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes.
The workers mean well in there but they are not being trained properly in my opinion. They don't have no sense of urgency either.

My husband and I had our hearts set on a chicken parm sub for a couple of weeks. We decided to go here; we've eaten there many times, but it was years ago, when we lived closer to them. I don't know if it's under new management, but the subs sucked! The chicken wasn't fresh; they were chunks thrown together and the cheese seemed old! We also bought pizza and it was burnt! We wasted our money and didn't finish our food. Needless to say, WE WON'T BE BACK!

Uninspired food. Uninspired place. Everything was the cheapest possible version of whatever it was. Not a single thing hung on the walls of the dining room, just solid colors and no music to listen to. The bathroom walls however, are filled with holes!
A good local pizzeria is a treasure. It doesn't have to be complicated, and it doesn't take much to outdo the national chains... but this isn't it. This is conveyor belt pizza cooked on a screen at it's worst. I'd rather have concession stand pizza. There was a layer of water on the cup of marinara sauce... where on earth did that come from? Was it frozen??
Good pizza is magical. This sits like a brick on the stomach and gives indigestion. Cheap cheese. Cheap sauce. Lame pizza dough. Single serve parm cheese (no glass shakers with stainless lids??), plastic forks.
I had two kids under 10 with me, and the plain cheese pizza got forgotten in the kitchen and didn't come out until 15m after the adult food did. I used to work FOH in a restaurant, that is a CARDINAL SIN.
Don't go here. Don't spend money here. There's a Domino's one mile down the street that is consistently good. I'd rather eat that in the parking lot on a napkin than step inside this place again.
This area of Piedmont is growing, and this place won't last. There are families moving here that need a local pizza place to go to after ball games and make memories. Don't spend money here and maybe somewhere worthy will open up.
P.S. it wasn't the fault of the kid waiting tables. He has a heart of gold. But he can't win if he's the only one trying.
