Customer service is awful and very disregardful. It's as if the employee's don't care or even wanna be there. They put you on hold and hang up, then don't answer again. This has been on numerous occasions. Thought that I might share my experience.

Went online to see the menu. 6 Wings: $6.49 1 Topping Med Pizza: $7.99 Turkey Sub: $6.99 Total: $36.27 Placed the pickup order on the phone to ensure it was the correct location. Somehow the math didn't make sense. I asked the person at the register about the prices and they looked offended that I asked. Inexplicable how the price can be off by that much w/o explanation.

Ordered 49.00 worth and nothing! Tried to call both locations! I understand it's hard! We just went through a catastrophic event! You said you were open. We got hung up on 3 times. All sent to vm . It's just awful to spend money to see this!! I bet your sweet A $$ i will get my money back!

They need to removed the Stromboli off the menu. It was undercooked inside & the simplest Stromboli taste wise.

I don't go out often to get food but when I do I just want good food. Tony's however disappointed me like never before I asked for a stromboli and a order of mozzarella cheese sticks. I sat there for 20 minutes then they realized that my Stromboli was burnt so they had to remake a new one I get my news Stromboli home that's not burnt and it's not done on the inside. Cheese didn't even melted so I can imagine some of the meats are probably cold too so when I go out to eat that means I don't want to come home and cook but here I am at home having to cook a stromboli that should have already been cooked for me since I paid for it at the restaurant to be done. It's getting worse and worse in this restaurant .

I ordered a large thin crust with hamburger and bacon, it barely had any sauce on it. Everything was undercooked. On top of that I payed $29 including tip and the owner said it was $21 on the phone so he lied to me about the cost. Very disappointed in this Tony’s location.
