If you come here in the afternoon, be sure to check your order before you leave the drive through. They are really consistent about messing things up. It used to be that when I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal only ketchup, they would put everything on it, but they stopped doing that after I brought in the sandwich for them to fix 3-4 times. Today, they left multiple items off my order, and then after having them fix it, they still left an item out of my bag. When I went in (again) to have them fix it, I mentioned to the manager that they messed up a single order twice, and her only response was "Oh". Love the lunch staff! Never have issues with those guys, but the evening crew just don't give a fudge.

How are you going to be out of chili at 730pm? Cheese was not even melted on baconator fries and bacon was undercooked. Not good at all .

I went inside to order, no other persons were inside. There were about 6 employees a girl Paris took order begrudgingly. My entire order was cold, the fries were left from earlier and brown and greasy! Left out a burger. I will never go back to that location again. This is not the first time my food has been bad. My dog want eat it. If there's a night manager they should be fired! 9/3/24. Store #20107 order time: 7:43pm $23.45

Been there twice. Both times I stay in the drive thru over twenty minutes. Both times less than 4 cars in front of me. This last time. Only the fries were somewhat warm.. Everything else was literally cold to the touch. They need management really bad

On my way to North Carolina and I stopped to get something to eat. I haven't been to Wendy's in a while back home, so I was a little hesitant. I'm glad I stopped. I got a Jr. Bacon cheese burger with extra bacon, and that burger was very tasty. The nice lady who took my order was very helpful. I asked her a question about the food and she was truthful. You don't find many like her anymore. My burger was fresh and made to order. I wish I knew the name of the lady who took my order today (7/29/24 around 1:30pm), but Thanks again and God Bless.
