Worst experience ever today , took 30 mins and they didn't put in all the fries aswell as numerous other items were wrong , my baconator literally has 1 piece of bacon broke up get yalls shit together

Manager is great and nice. The drive through guy jokes with me, even after the AI has several problems hearing or modifying an order. Their coke zero had way too much soda water in it for like a month, but hopefully they've fixed that.

We went through the drive thru. They were fast and efficient. The food was nice and hot. The only negative was the fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. Always LOVE the Frosty. It's like dinner and dessert together. Win Win

We were the only customers in the restaurant. EVERY table in the place was dirty. We had to clean a table to be able to sit down and eat. There were at least two standing around because they were not busy...no reason for the dining room to be in shambles like it was. The drink dispenser looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since Christmas. We stopped going to this Wendy's several years back because of this very thing. It's good to know they haven't changed so we won't waste our time going there ever again. Corporate should come in, clean house, and retrain. It's been this bad since the day this particular store opened. If you're hard up for Wendy's, go to Mills Ave location in Greenville or go to the Easley store. STAY AWAY FROM THE POWDERSVILLE STORE!

Had breakfast with my beautiful princess. She had the honey chicken biscuit, and I had the breakfast baconator meal. We shared the drink and steak fries. It was such an amazing breakfast with the woman I was meant to be with!

If you come here in the afternoon, be sure to check your order before you leave the drive through. They are really consistent about messing things up. It used to be that when I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal only ketchup, they would put everything on it, but they stopped doing that after I brought in the sandwich for them to fix 3-4 times. Today, they left multiple items off my order, and then after having them fix it, they still left an item out of my bag. When I went in (again) to have them fix it, I mentioned to the manager that they messed up a single order twice, and her only response was "Oh". Love the lunch staff! Never have issues with those guys, but the evening crew just don't give a fudge.
