Gotta find a GOOD chicken place! Would not come back to this location. Zaxbys use to be decent.

I just left from getting my order and Josh was great, he made sure my order was correct and he was very nice and sweet. My food was delicious. I give Zaxby's a 5 star.

Happy this one opened up closer to home. Food is always fresh, hot and tasty. Have ordered several times now and no issues with quality or accuracy. I always do take out. Sometimes the staff gets caught up chatting and doesn't see a guest for a moment or 2 but that happens from time to time. Friendly on the whole. Atmosphere...its a Zaxby's. Nothing amazing but clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Came through the drive through today and it was super busy. I had ordered some extra sauces and seasoning on the side, I was nervous with how busy it was that something might get forgotten, but my whole order was correct! It was really hot and everything was super good!

Ordered a Cobb Zalad. And ordered a Big Zax Snack meal. The Big Zax Meal had very tiny tenders and little fries. Disappointed in our first visit.

I ordered a kickin chicken meal with hot honey mustard instead of the other sauces they put on it.. there is not type of sauce on my food and the fries are soggy and cold!! I'm so disappointed

Lunchtime is a nightmare!! I work around the corner from this location and when they first opened up, it was pretty great but now it’s total chaos!! Every single time I place an order online I check and something is wrong. The last time I went in was the last straw for me… I ordered online and then picked up through the drive-through and I had two sauces with meals and then paid for an additional three more sauces And not a single sauce was in my bag. So I had to park and walk into the chaotic store and wait in line for another 10 minutes only for the lady to give me an attitude because She obviously Couldn’t read a receipt correctly! I had to walk her through my order and tell her how many sauces I needed and then she handed me a small bag with sauce and the ones that I paid for were in small portion
cups With barely anything in it! I Didn’t even realize until I got back to work that those were not what I usually get when I pay the
25 cents extra. When her coworker Asked her about the order she really said “she told me she didn’t get enough sauce “I really wanted to yell no, I didn’t get any sauce! And I actually paid for extra ! No apologies from staff or much concern. They’re all just running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off (yes, pun intended) Additionally, when I get my order back to work, the fries are always soggy and the food just never seems consistent. I will drive further to a different location before I ever go back to this one and that’s pretty unfortunate since me and my coworkers would have placed orders at this location at least once or twice a week.

Staff confused and disorganized.
Couldn't find my mobile order but it was in front of them. Soda fountain down.
I'm going to give this restaurant a few months to figure out what they're doing before I come back.

**Edit. Returned after 7 months. Order was incorrect. Had to wait an extra ten minutes. Reduced to 1 star from 2.
