I came in to get food for my crew. I paid extra to get them all large meals because I know how hungry they already are. Only three of the drinks are large and none of the fries are large instead they are all mediums. Don’t see the point of paying extra to not get what I paid for.

Powdersville is my favorite Chick-fil-A. I had a recent experience there. There was no one‘s fault but my own and the manager there Riley was extremely helpful and responsive and I really appreciate her. This is just one example of why I recommend Chick-fil-A and Powdersville to anybody and Everybody.

Almost.always a good experience at Chick Fil a, and they didn't disappoint this time. I did try the grilled instead of the go to, it's not as good, I will stick with the regular.

Went through Drive thru needing a senior coffee at 4:10pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Andy radioed to ask if any coffee was ready and it WAS! The coffee was still fresh. All details like half the cow were included (5 half and half creamers). Just great customer service and.consistent.product!

I went through the drive thru on December 29th around 11:30. A boy Kadyn was in the drive thru taking orders and he told me to pull up and “she” would help me. I didn’t see anyone up ahead and before I could ask what he meant he was already taking the order for the car behind me. So I thought perhaps this person he was referring to would be over the speaker or at the place where they typically confirm your order. Nope. So I had to wait in line all the way to pickup just to drive back through the whole thing again. This time he took my order. He did not give the typical expected level of customer service that is at most Chick-fil-A’s. I go to this location multiple times a week because it is close to my work. I know they typically have better service and employees. I could not find a place on the app or website to bring this to the operator’s attention.

I have rarely been greeted at the entrance with such consideration. It seemed as though all the employees were happy to see me walk through the door.( Which was opened for me with a hello and a welcome as I entered? The service was quick and efficient and as always the food is hot and delicious.
