Firehouse Subs Powdersville

Staff is welcoming and friendly, but the orders are generally messed up. Can never add onion to the salad as requested, and can't omit lettuce from the sandwich as requested. EVER. No problem when I dine there, as they will fix the issue. But pick up orders are maddening.

The food is fine...just like all Firehouse Subs. The service, however, needs improvement. I just picked up yet another incorrect order from this location. This is the 5th out of my last 7 orders that have had ingredients left out. They weren't even busy tonight. There is no excuse other than indifference. It's sad. Management, if you happen to read this, please stress to your employees that consistently screwing up customer orders will cost you business. I like your food and would like to continue patronizing your location, but this is ridiculous. Edit after most recent visit: I swear, a requirement for working at this location must be to not give a damn if you make a sub the way the customer ordered it. If you do want to temp fate and eat here, make sure you don't order online. Go to the store so you can correct them as they make your sub wrong.

I haven’t written a review EVER. But I love Powdersville and I want the service around here to be kind. I felt like I put them out by being here at 5:30. There was only one other person here. Restaurants was dirty and sadly there wasn’t much redeeming about our food and I typically love firehouse.

From placing my order to receiving, the experience was perfect. They definitely aimed to please. And a big shout out to Ryan! He is the most friendliest, personable individual and he is always smiling! Ryan deserves recognition!

Will not acknowledge the drive through. 3 different attempts to use the drive through and I have sat there for 8 min, 7 min, and 6 minutes with no one even opening opening the window to say hello. I watch other vehicles sit there for even longer. I’m about to be done with them. Easley Firehouse is top notch over Powdersville.

Both sandwiches was made just like I asked. They were put together just right and tasted great. This location seems to have better tasting sandwiches and to be more consistent than other locations in the area.

Terrible Experience ! They put tomato’s on my steak and cheese sandwich so they had to make it over . Who eats tomato’s on a steak and cheese sandwich …. When they remade it over , this time they forgot to put bell peppers on my sandwich . One of the employees said I didn’t ask for bell peppers but why should I when it was on the first sub they messed up and it’s on the menu for the toppings of the steak and cheese sandwich duhhhh ! I told them to give me my money back at this point . They took forever to make both of my sandwiches and the first order was a mobile order so i don’t know why it wasn’t made ahead of time . They told me to give them 5 minutes and my order still was not ready for another 10 minutes . The whole experience was terrible . Won’t be coming back to this one ! Every worker act like they do not know what they are doing !
