Firehouse Subs Powdersville

From placing my order to receiving, the experience was perfect. They definitely aimed to please. And a big shout out to Ryan! He is the most friendliest, personable individual and he is always smiling! Ryan deserves recognition!

Will not acknowledge the drive through. 3 different attempts to use the drive through and I have sat there for 8 min, 7 min, and 6 minutes with no one even opening opening the window to say hello. I watch other vehicles sit there for even longer. I’m about to be done with them. Easley Firehouse is top notch over Powdersville.

Both sandwiches was made just like I asked. They were put together just right and tasted great. This location seems to have better tasting sandwiches and to be more consistent than other locations in the area.

Terrible Experience ! They put tomato’s on my steak and cheese sandwich so they had to make it over . Who eats tomato’s on a steak and cheese sandwich …. When they remade it over , this time they forgot to put bell peppers on my sandwich . One of the employees said I didn’t ask for bell peppers but why should I when it was on the first sub they messed up and it’s on the menu for the toppings of the steak and cheese sandwich duhhhh ! I told them to give me my money back at this point . They took forever to make both of my sandwiches and the first order was a mobile order so i don’t know why it wasn’t made ahead of time . They told me to give them 5 minutes and my order still was not ready for another 10 minutes . The whole experience was terrible . Won’t be coming back to this one ! Every worker act like they do not know what they are doing !

Employee asks me my order name says nothing. 20 mins later still nothing. I ask again turns out the were ready the first time no one bothered banging the order. Poor customer service.

Firehouse Subs is always amazing and never disappoints. Subs are made to order with fresh ingredients and my bread is always toasted perfectly. I have 2 places I eat subs and one is from a grocery store and Firehouse and I’d have to say Firehouse is my favorite.

Ordered for delivery and only got half the order. I know it’s on the delivery driver to ensure the order but as someone who has worked food for more than 10 years in their life it’s also on the restaurant to ensure the food is all taken correctly. It was not done this day.
