No welcome, felt like I am a bother. Three people behind the counter. No customers. Ordered two sandwiches. Took them 12 mins to prep it, only to drop one. It’s been close to 18 minutes waiting for food. I’m still waiting. Wow.

Turkey bacon ranch large sub is always a treat. Very satisfying and is large enough to share. Staff was friendly and fast. The order was accurate even with changes to the sub.

Parking: Limited parking.

I have no idea how it can possibly take 30 minutes to make a plain turkey sandwich with cheese and mayo. Every. Single. Time. The only reason I come back is because my son likes firehouse. If I could give 0 stars for the service and atmosphere I would.

I always love this place. It's very tasty. Wish they would invest in some spinach but otherwise very tasty. It does get very busy there, though, so just a fair warning about that part.

I’m not sure what happened with my order but this is pitiful. I didn’t have a single pickle, the hot sauce that I wanted left off was put on, the double amount of mayo, no cheese, barely any lettuce, one strip of bacon, one tomato slice on each half.
Very disappointing and I ended up throwing it away.

I ordered my son a plain ham and cheese sandwich. Confirmed with the cashier twice before paying. The first time the sandwich was ready it was covered with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. Took it back to the counter and stated again I wanted a simple plain ham and cheese nothing else. We received a dirty look while handing the sandwich over to them. When called back to the counter the sandwich was still covered with mayo and bits of lettuce where they attempted to wipe off the ingredients. At this point I was agitated. I reiterated that I wanted a plain ham and cheese sandwich only. Finally after being there for almost an hour I received the simple sandwich we had asked for. Meanwhile we received several dirty looks and muffled comments. This service was completely unacceptable!

They gave me an inaccurate order and when I called the manager to ask if they could correct it he told me NO and to never come back to his restaurant! He was awful! Great Food but horrible Service and Customer Service Skills

District manager is rude never makes our food correct and when you call he cusses you out. Will never recommend anyone to eat there.

The food is great it just sucks that Firehouse has gotten cheap. The small subs are basically the kids size now and don't get me started on the joke they call kids sizes now. I realize things have changed since 2020 but don't call a small a small when it's obvious it's kids size. They don't even use a submarine roll anymore now it's basically a hamburger bun. Won't be going to any firehouse subs anymore

Went in and ordered $32 dollars worth of food yesterday. Tried to pay with $100 bill and was told they don't take them, even though it IS legal U.S. tender! They let a $32 dollar sale walk out the door, and more importantly, a customer that will not return instead of making $68 worth of change.
