I’ve been to countless Jersey Mike’s and never have I ever experienced a dream team like the one at this location. The sheer speed and intentionality between these 3 is unrivaled. I went to your Powdersville location this morning to get subs and get my $25 Off Fanatics Promotional coupon. I purchased $47 worth of food including lays chips and 3 Pepsi beverages. I never received my promo code. When I asked the staff about this promotion, they didn't know anything about how it worked. The one girl even said that all she does is hang the posters and no one ever explains the promos to them. This is unacceptable! I switched from Subway to your company as soon as this Powdersville location opened because their customer service had become unbearable. I reached out to the customer service with the phone app and the response I received was AI generated. I am so tired of AI responses! We will no longer be ordering from your company and will be deleting your app. The constant deceptive advertising practices with small print in your promotional ads need to stop. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with your company forcing me to use your application instead of honoring the promotions in-store.

We ordered subs from the APP for dinner tonight, and it was delivered to us by a door dash.. my sub was missing meat and was very sloppy, we order from Jersey Mikes a lot because it always one of our favorite places to eat in Wisconsin so this is the 3 rd time we ordered from the one here in powdersville that there was something wrong or missing, my husband decided to call the store and let them know, he talked to the manager and the store manager said to call door dash , than the door dash person placed on hold, he was transferred 4 times and wartime had a hard time understanding what the door dash representative was saying and finally got fed up with the whole situation and gave up all together.., probably going to be our last time ordering from there! What a run around!

This JM's location is so hit or miss on quality depending on how busy they are and who is working. Mostly staffed by local kids, some take pride in their work and some could give less of a $h1t and that attitude definitely is reflected in how good your sandwich is.
