Standing in line to order my food and saw someone else's order just sitting on the counter with a receipt on top of it...It wasn't my food but id be pissed to know something I ordered was just left unattended like this...I think this is unsanitary and careless.

This place generally makes very good subs. However, don’t ever order something using the app. We ordered three subs and all three were messed up in one way or another.The worst was the large sub where we paid extra for extra meat, and it came out with just a normal amount. When we called the store, the shift leader told us to bring the sub back.However, the whole point of ordering stuff online and taking it home is convenience having to drive all the way back seems ridiculous.

This is the finest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to! The employees seemed to be having fun while providing top notch service, made me feel so welcome! My only complaint is that they serve Pepsi but that's a corporate issue. Keep up the great work y'all!

Came in here today, stood in line. Store was empty. Staff was in the back, laughing, talking. Waited a few minutes and no one came up front. Walked out. This was my second time at Jersey Mike’s and my last. My first visit was to another location and it was sub par, but I thought I’d give this company another shot. Bad idea. Zero stars.

This was my husband's first time eating here. I've been telling him about y'all for 3 years now, that's the last time I ate at a Jersey Mikes. We finally came in and it was just as good as I remembered! And he LOVED IT....Thank you for not letting me down! We will definitely be back and the employees was attentive and very nice.
