The pizza was amazing but the service was crazy they were short staff but still didn’t let any of the customers know that it was gonna be a while until they would be served. But over all everything was good.

You can get a good medium pizza for just under $10. Or at this time get an extra large Shaqaroni for $13 that comes with extra cheese and peperoni.

Just wanted an easy meal. Ordered papa bites two orders and both were so severely undercooked I can’t eat it at all. Sticky undercooked dough bites. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

We ordered pizza for delivery at 7:26pm we called at 8:48 to ask where our pizza was and said it’s on the shelf since 8:00pm and they didn’t have a delivery driver. So they didn’t call to let us know. Offered us a DoorDash driver to deliver an over hour old pizza(dash driver was approximately 30mins out) we asked for refund and we would pick up pizza and they said no. Aubry was the manager that made these decisions. I would give a 0 star if I could. I am a business owner and this was the worst way to handle this.

I usually love the pizza here, but tonight was not it, and it has been a little while since we ordered. Ordered our food at 4:15, estimated delivery 4:59- 5:09pm. Door dash connected, and the driver texted at 5:37pm that it was still being prepared. Called to ask where our order was, put on hold for a couple minutes, then was told it should be here in a few minutes. Asked if it was going to be hot because now it was ordered an hour and a half ago. We were told food doesn't leave cold, and they had lots of deliveries and only 2 drivers. About 10 mins later, food finally arrived. Definitely wasn't hot, barely warm. Ate it because we were hungry and it was made correctly just don't know why it took almost 2 hours. And when did papa johns start using door dash?

The pizzas have usually been pretty good and service has been great up until today. Placed my order online as usual and paid, like I always do. The girl in the window was rude and reminded me that there was a tip box and handed me a receipt to fill out. They usually just hand me the pizzas and receipt and I’m on my way. I don’t mind tipping when it is deserved, but you truly did nothing for me. I placed my own order, spent my own time and gas to pick it up. Who gets my tip?? I’m not asked to tip staff when I place a tip for delivery?? The cook and window are paid hourly, and to have the audacity to point out the “tip” box absolutely floored me. If you think you deserve more for handing me my pizzas you should ask for a raise. Ontop of that, the pizzas looked absolutely sad and made with absolutely no care at all. (The thin crust was a pepperoni/pineapple with extra “paid for” pineapple, the other one of their “specialty 6 cheese”)

I always select no contact and tip 25%; they still knock on the door to disturb my dog and I have to go out to get the pizza. Why even have the “no contact” option?

I was using the call in to order my pizza. It was very hard. Because the person answering the phone is very hard to understand. As she is speaking she will switch to a different language.

We order here a lot. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is perfect. Other times it’s half crust, too much bbq, and too little cheese. Have had some quick pizza deliveries, but one time, they gave my neighbor my pizza. I wish they were consistently good, but some days, someone who hates you is making your pizza.
