The waitresses were rude especially the red headed one. She acted like it killed her to take our order. The young black girl finished taking our order.
It took a while to get our food and the BBQ was cold.
While we were eating they started cleaning and using Clorox, which was strong. I'm in oxygen and strong smells like that bothers my breathing. My daughter in law asked them to stop because it was taking my breath.
I've eaten here before and told the people with me that it was real good. I was so embarrassed when the food and service was like it was.

I was disappointed in my meal. This was my first time visiting, and I got a rib plate with baked beans and salad, to go. The baked beans were okay, the salad came without dressing, and the ribs were cold and the meat was hard and dry. I will probably not return.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The service was horrible, the food took over 30 minutes to get to us, the girls that were working played around more than helped us. They were cleaning up while we were still eating and my mother is on oxygen and the smell of bleach was overwhelming and I'm not one to complain about cleaning but this amount of bleach was ridiculous. Not to mention after waiting so long on our food it was cold!!never will I ever go back to this place. I don't recommend eating here. If I could give no stars I would!!! Notice there's no one at the register nor did a waitress help us the whole time.

I made a order last night with Shane's rib shack I was missing half of my order in the order that we did get was not correct the wings was dry I asked dipped in in the honey sauce I got a plane and dry the okra was disgusting 90.28 to be disappointed with this food....I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS PLACE..... REALLY WANT A REFUND FOR THE FOOD THAT I DID GET BECAUSE IT WAS 🤢 NASTY

Food was DELICIOUS!!
Unfortunately, service could be significantly better..
Starters, ordering process was a little ROUGH, fryers were down so majority of the menu presented to us was unavailable. Seating was easy and no issue for our group of 6. Waiting for food, took the longest, yes granted, we had a group of 6.. 3 meals were brought out about 10-15 minutes into the wait, two meals brought out roughly 10 minutes after the first few dishes, after a manager realized we were still waiting for food..
Final plate, we got to go. Everyone had just about finished eating so we requested a box, received our to go box and THEN received the 1 peach cobbler order moments before leaving the restaurant..

Hoping for better service on the next visit 🤞

My family and I are regular customers. We typically come in every Sunday after church. The place is typically packed but we get our food within 15 minutes. We can in today and it was very empty. We ordered at 1:01 and sat. 30 minutes went by and still not food. There were sbout 5 booths filled with people. NO ONE had their food! A table of 10 came in. One of your employees from the back, an older short black lady came and and spoke with them. She started asking what they wanted, at the table, and said let me go get that for you. These people had literally just walked in and sat. They were obviously family or friends. By this time it has been 45 minutes. No food for us or anyone with an explanation. I went up front to ask for my money back. I was told your order is up next. I asked before anyone else’s? I was told yes. So I waited. Our food came out and that table of friends food was right behind it. They didn’t even wait 20 minutes! To make things worse, two of us had wrong food orders. Now I know why it was so empty in here!

We went to Shane's Rib Shack for the first time a few days ago and I was impressed. The food was great tasting and you get a good size meal for a very good price. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was that of a good ole hometown get together kind of vibe.
We loved it so much that we will surely be back very soon.
I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out yourself, you will be glad you did.

Stopped on the way up from Georgia for dinner at the Powdersville, SC Shane’s location. Ordered and didn’t receive a receipt. Sat down and watched no one get their food for 30 minutes. There were only about 3 tables of people and 2 to go orders so not busy at all. Ended up cancelling the order, getting a refund, and walking out. First time in my life I’ve ever done this.
The workers were borderline rude. Shane’s is a great company but avoid this location like the plague.

My husband waited over an hour to get out to go order and was then told they were out of most of our food so the order was cancelled. 100% Will never order from there again. My kids were starving and we wound up having to get McDonald’s

Made an online order at 6p on Sunday. Got there at 6:21. Waiting inline with nine other people who all haven’t gotten their food. Employees fighting in the back. Floor is sticky with trash everywhere. One employee on her phone in a booth. Do yourself a favor stay away. Doesn’t matter if the food is five star.
