Being from South Dakota, we don't have the pleasure of enjoying Waffle House because they don't have any remotely close to us so it's always a treat to eat here when I can. In true Waffle House form, the food is always great, the folks working here are the friendliest people you could ask for! They're genuinely glad you're here and they make you really feel at home! It really is a pleasure to stop in and forget about the troubles of the outside world! Their smiles and genuine happiness reflects upon their customers and put us all in a great mood! You'll not only fill your belly with great food but you'll fill your heart and soul with great food for the spirit! Please come to South Dakota so I can enjoy you more often!

Too cold inside for the weather outside. Could not have a conversation at my table b/c music was too loud @ 9am. Eggs were undercooked, probably b/c the music was too loud. However, waitress was really nice. Will stop again if in the area and give it another try.

Had the displeasure of stopping here 1:00 this afternoon. Temp was easily in the 50s. Ask if they could cut the air off. Manager ( I think) complaind that she was too hot.Loose some weight Karen !As we left she said " let them go "Much more enjoyable experience at yhe one here in Newberr next to Lowes.

Manager was very very rude. I ordered a Hash brown Bowl with extra Sausage and a scrambled egg. When I got my food I noticed my egg was still wet and asked could my egg be replaced with a scrambled egg because also my egg was cook whole like it was fried. The manager takes the egg off my plate and proceeds to cook it longer. At that point my egg would be over cook trying to egg the inside done when the outside was done. How can you scramble a fried egg. Manager didn't want to cook my egg correctly as the cashier told him from the start. Manager asked me will I pay for another egg after he didn't cook the egg as was told. I asked him if he got his food wrong and take it back he would get new food? He told me to get out and I was yelling at him. When all I asked was If you get food that's not how you ordered it you would want it cook the way you ask. The manager also was picking up meat with no gloves. Do they not wear them. The employee was scared to tell him he didn't cook my egg right because he's rude. He told me to get out again with no food or a refund. I told him I wasn't going no where till he gave me a refund and he did. I got o waffle House every other morning to spend my hard earn money on food I like to get treated like a child.
