Had the displeasure of stopping here 1:00 this afternoon. Temp was easily in the 50s. Ask if they could cut the air off. Manager ( I think) complaind that she was too hot.Loose some weight Karen !As we left she said " let them go "Much more enjoyable experience at yhe one here in Newberr next to Lowes.

Manager was very very rude. I ordered a Hash brown Bowl with extra Sausage and a scrambled egg. When I got my food I noticed my egg was still wet and asked could my egg be replaced with a scrambled egg because also my egg was cook whole like it was fried. The manager takes the egg off my plate and proceeds to cook it longer. At that point my egg would be over cook trying to egg the inside done when the outside was done. How can you scramble a fried egg. Manager didn't want to cook my egg correctly as the cashier told him from the start. Manager asked me will I pay for another egg after he didn't cook the egg as was told. I asked him if he got his food wrong and take it back he would get new food? He told me to get out and I was yelling at him. When all I asked was If you get food that's not how you ordered it you would want it cook the way you ask. The manager also was picking up meat with no gloves. Do they not wear them. The employee was scared to tell him he didn't cook my egg right because he's rude. He told me to get out again with no food or a refund. I told him I wasn't going no where till he gave me a refund and he did. I got o waffle House every other morning to spend my hard earn money on food I like to get treated like a child.

By far the best Waffle House. I personally know the manager and his enthusiasm and energy help make the workers work in a better environment and everyone is working waiting on customers good attitudes and smiles on the employees faces. Seemed like a very genuine

Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. So efficient and friendly.
When I arrived there was one young lady who looked like she was waiting to be trained, a man and his daughter who were finishing up their meal, and one other guy.I saw only one employee. I received no welcome, no table greet, nothing?? I sat and watched him walk past me several times as if I wasnt there! A day shift person walked in and she seemed as disinterested as the young man. Hands down my WORST AwfulWaffle experience!So I walked out.
Wouldn't open a table so we could sit down and eat.

I just got a notice about reviewing this place that I visited about 7 months ago. If you look at my pic's it's under Pilot's Gas Station. I could not get it to change at the time of rating it. Now that I have gotten this notice my review has been deleted, even though I stated that it wasn't the gas station. Anyway, from what I recall there were only 2 workers that night a waitress & a cook. The waitress was very nice and polite, took my order and had no problems at all. The place was not crowded at all, only 2 other people in their, but it took sometime for me to get my order. The cook had long dreadlocks and somewhat had his hair pulled back, I did not think of nothing at the time.... When I received my meal, I took pictures of it and shortly after my phone died! As I was eating my meal under scrambled eggs there were hair & even under the top layer of my grits had dreadlock hair mixed in with it! After that I just got up and with to the cash register and gave the waitress a $5 tip and thanked her for her service and told her that I was not going to be paying for the meal and if she wondered why, just to got look at the plates! So, I left and if I decide to go back I'll make sure the guy with dreadlocks isn't working before I make an order again! But, it still will be a long time before visiting!
