We had a pit stop at the pilot gas station that was grouped together with a Wendy's

At first, I noticed that barely any of the tables were clean so it makes it hard to sit down to enjoy your lunch

Servicing a little slow, there's only one woman at the front and a few people in the back

We got three adult meals that cost roughly around 40 bucks

Two chicken sandwiches and a burger meal this feels like a hamburger how do you know it doesn't have pickles

Service was quick and it's super casual. I'm sure everybody has a different experience depending when they come.

This place is outstanding 👏 must have a new crew the black guy tray with glasses DEFINITELY knows how to handle customers an food they had 2 BUSES an I wasent with them an still got my food under 20 mins that TRAY FELLOW IS AMAZEING watched him do the 2 big bus with ease like it was nothing I would have PANICKED GIVE EM A RAISE AN A PLAUGE.

rude employees. came to get a meal and a sprite, there was moldy stuff in my sprite VERY NOTICEABLE, the girl named Nazieh or something like that was working and i asked her what’s in here and in a VERY rude way she said “idk u want a new one or not”. like really? yes i want a new one why would i want that. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The counter person had the personality of a rock. No lettuce for the burger. The fries were old, cold, and soggy. No spoon for the chili. Not a napkin 1 in the bag. I had to grab my own cup for my drink out of the bag on the counter. The cashier was more concerned with her friends than me, the customer!!!
I called Customer Service and got disconnected!!!

I placed the order through the app at 10:45 pm. In addition to closing the store before 11 pm, they left me waiting for a long time without giving any satisfaction. Now, I’ll have to waste time calling after my money. Avoid this store

Slow service. Floors in cooking area were covered with food. Only three employees working. Not a place to stop if you’re on a time schedule.

We moved to the area and stop by occasionally after work for a quick meal. That evening crew, is quick and always pleasant. Orders are always correct and still hot when we get home.

What has happened to Wendy's!!???
My burger was not good and terrible according to Wendy's past standards. I also had a chocolate frosty. You could barely tell it was chocolate. I would hove returned all, but I didn't have time.
So sad, hope things will get better at the Prosperity, SC location.

Typical Wendy's located in combination with gas station. So, restrooms are shared with truck stop customers. This was not a problem for us, just pointing this out.

Service is good. Food comes out right and quickly. There's been a directive given from management to try and force up sell everything and as a result I won't go back.

Rolled up looked like someone got mad at the luke warm old fries and decided to put the Buick in the dinning room. Fries weren't good the rest of the food was good
