Went through the drive through and asked for fries and a combo with a sweet tea the drive-through lady was extremely rude huffing and was like oh God oh God because she didn’t have sweet tea and I had to ask what else he want when we want for our drink that is extremely bad customer service I mean absolutely terrible would never eat there again

Went through the drive-thru Young Black girl with brown hair was working, seemed a bit overwhelmed but doing a great job. Line was backed up and she was handling food and drinks all by herself, but she got us through pretty quick. I always see her working I even ask her sometimes if she ever gets a day off. She’s always very sweet and polite. Hard worker, give that girl some help.

Update: I ordered an iced coffee. She told me she charged me for a hot coffee. I said I would pay for another coffee. She lied and said they don't have iced coffee. Must have huffed and rolled her eyes at me 10 times.

We had a pit stop at the pilot gas station that was grouped together with a Wendy's
At first, I noticed that barely any of the tables were clean so it makes it hard to sit down to enjoy your lunch
Servicing a little slow, there's only one woman at the front and a few people in the back
We got three adult meals that cost roughly around 40 bucks
Two chicken sandwiches and a burger meal this feels like a hamburger how do you know it doesn't have pickles
Service was quick and it's super casual. I'm sure everybody has a different experience depending when they come.

This place is outstanding 👏 must have a new crew the black guy tray with glasses DEFINITELY knows how to handle customers an food they had 2 BUSES an I wasent with them an still got my food under 20 mins that TRAY FELLOW IS AMAZEING watched him do the 2 big bus with ease like it was nothing I would have PANICKED GIVE EM A RAISE AN A PLAUGE.

rude employees. came to get a meal and a sprite, there was moldy stuff in my sprite VERY NOTICEABLE, the girl named Nazieh or something like that was working and i asked her what’s in here and in a VERY rude way she said “idk u want a new one or not”. like really? yes i want a new one why would i want that. 🤦🏻♀️

The counter person had the personality of a rock. No lettuce for the burger. The fries were old, cold, and soggy. No spoon for the chili. Not a napkin 1 in the bag. I had to grab my own cup for my drink out of the bag on the counter. The cashier was more concerned with her friends than me, the customer!!! I called Customer Service and got disconnected!!!

We moved to the area and stop by occasionally after work for a quick meal. That evening crew, is quick and always pleasant. Orders are always correct and still hot when we get home.
