Had to repeat our order 7 times before the order was correct. They had no unsweetened tea brewed. Not a good choice to go there. Horrible untrained employees

The staff was rude during our ordering and receiving our food. Our order was not correct but with the way they were we didn't complain. The tables in the restaurant were 90% dirty. If you use the door from outside the ac water drips on you.

If and when this place is open or the drive-thru is open The food is fairly consistent as a Wendy's product. But there is always an issue here long waits inside long waits outside in the drive-thru line. Always understaffed and if they're busy inside they will close the drive-thru window I live in the area and this cannot be a choice for a hamburger anymore you just have to ride by and hope you're lucky

Fries were crunchy and hard to bite. Staff griping about customers while customer still in earshot. Staff complains about having to fix orders that were messed up. Honestly this place isn't worth the remodel.
What's the purpose of a remodeled restaurant if the workers are slack and lazy. Food not fresh. Asked for a freshly prepared salad, they said they couldn't make it. Which doesn't make sense because the time it takes to make a burger, they can do a salad. And the employees don't greet you when you come to order. Just look at you like you're crazy.
