This was my first experience visiting a Bojangles location since I’m not from the South. At the time we came, it was relatively quiet. It didn’t take long for us to get our food and start eating. I overall thought the food was tasty, but there were things that stood out to me. First being the fact that despite the fries tasting great, they were really salty. You definitely needed a drink along side the fries if you want to enjoy them properly. Lastly, I had hopes for the biscuits, but they were really dry and didn’t have much flavor.
Overall, I would come back. I just love exploring places that are not native to my state

What can I say but Bo Knows Biscuits! We don't have Bojangles in SWFL! So I loaded up!

the woman with the microbraids in a top knot and nose ring was terrible to us, as well as the customers before and after us. genuinely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have never left a review like this, but watching her treatment of everyone as well as snapping at my mother for not answering her quickly enough was the push it took for me to go to the internet about it. I was literally nervous going up to order because of how nasty she was to the family in front of us. I tried smiling to diffuse the situation & she just shot me an evil look and continued with the same treatment that the last customers received.
look, i’m not expecting food service workers to jump for joy when a customer enters the room, I am realistic. but if you’re going to be actively hateful to everyone in your vicinity, it’s probably time to find a new line of work. i’ve been in food service my whole life & it isn’t for everyone. she might be better suited on the line than dealing with customers.

We grabbed a bite driving through to hotel. Fried chicken meal was good, with an excellent crunch. Chicken Sandwich combo was good. Employees were courteous and pleasant. Good service is lacking in many places but not here.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this location’s staff and management is superb! I was traveling from Columbia,sc to Winston Salem Nc and got sleepy along the way and had to make a pitstop. The night crew was very welcoming and friendly. And the food was nice and fresh. Unfortunately my tiredness got the best of me and I left my debit card behind. I called the location and the GM had located it and offered to send it back! That to me was TOP TEIR for sure bc I don’t have to request a new! I already love bojangles as it is but I definitely recommend this location!!!
Worste Bojangles I have ever been to. They were using the drive through register for in store ordering. The lady taking the orders was slow and couldn't get orders right. The older lady preparing the food was eating and handling food and was very rude and had a bad attitude. They should fire the whole crew and start over.

This place is disgusting and should be shut down!! The drip tray for the ice machine was overflowing with water onto the floor, the cabinet that the condiment, lids for drinks and straws had some type of black liquid coming out of it leaking all over the floor, the manager and working walked by it as if they didn’t even see it.
