Employees are lazy. Can't walk from drive thru window to front counter to use cc machine but want patrons to come inside to pay for there food, cause the cc ready at the drive thru is broken. Can't even bother to put a sign on the order speaker to notify customers that they are only accepting cash at the window. Sorry service....

After waiting for our food for over 20 minutes and explaining our order to the front lady multiple times, our food still came out wrong. We ordered 2 #1 combos one add cheese and 2 Bo-berry biscuits. I do not feel this was a difficult order to complete but obviously it was for them. We ended up leaving with the wrong order and no bo-Barry biscuits.

I love bojangles. I've been to this location three times. Each has been a bad experience. For example, the chicken was always overcooked. Items aren't available. On two two occasions loud, profane music was playing from the kitchen. The restaurant was empty yet the bathroom was very dirty and all the parking spaces in front of the front door were taken. The cashier can't answer simple questions about the menu.

Well I went in at 6:50 on Friday as I walked in I thought I better go to the bathroom. There was NO Paper in the men’s Room. I told the crew about it and waited then was ask if I needed it now. I said no and left.
