This had to be the best service I’ve ever received at any type of restaurant. The lady and gentleman at the counter was outstanding. I visited 8/18 at 330. They offered recommendations, delivered piping hot food, and had contagious smiles. They should be the standard for Bojangles customer service. If we’re ever in Richburg again, we will be returning to say hello. Thank you for making our day great!

This Bo Jangles was super fast. Probably the fastest Bo Jangles I've ever been to. I ordered the classic Cajun filled biscuit. It was served with a kind smile. It was hot and stayed warm to the last bite! The rest rooms were sparkling and the dining area was clean. I will definitely put this Bo Jangles at the top of my list to stop for breakfast when passing through the Lancaster area! Thanks.

Previous review was low due to the service and wrong order repeatedly. Most recently, better service. I notice a lot of teens work here , which is ok but train them on how to say hello and greet you before just throwing a hand out for money 💰💰💰 and make sure everything is right before slamming the window closed.

Stopped on our way home this evening from a road trip. There were only 3 people working bless their hearts but we're super nice and sweet. Our food came out hot and fresh! It was delicious!

We visited this Bojangles on 7/18/25 around 8:30 AM and had the best experience which is why I decided to leave this review. Normally, my fast food experiences are just meh, but this morning it was on point. We had a large order and it was all there, hot, and fresh. We were also greeted with the best, most positive, energetic yet professional man employee at the window. There was also another lady employee bagging the food who was also very pleasant and assured us there was ketchup, napkins and all the food. Thank you Bojangles staff for a great breakfast and a pleasant attitude!

Rude service the guy at window put my fries in an thin my sandwich sideways witch made me have to remake the sandwich after I got it out the bag not werth the 15 a hour Dr pepper has not syrup in it an I went through drive through an went in to get something else an they would not let me
