Food was great! One of the ladies working there was singing and she had a great voice and it made for a very happy atmosphere!!! I hope she sings all the time!!! And their decorations inside for it being 130 years I think were super festive and pretty!

The fast food joints between Rock Hill and Columbia are pretty bad, but the ones in Richburg off Exit 65 are the worst in the state. Absolute cheeks.
The BK is the only exception. Good burgers, good fries, good breakfast, good service. This is the only fast food joint off Exit 65 that you should be visiting. If anyone from corporate happens to see this, y'all need to recognize this location for standing out not only amongst competitors, but amongst your other restaurants.

Manager told me she only had ice for the drive thru and would not provide ice. While she was wearing a shirt have it your way. Young man finally gave me ice with a soda. Mgr ignored me, I guess with hopes I would leave without my sodas. At $3 a soda, really. I will go to McDonald's if I need anything at the exit in the future.

I have to say that the Burger King in richburg has definitely made some improvements. Their drive-thru seems to run a whole lot smoother and their burgers seem fresher and put together meticulously. Even the way they wrap the burgers now is very neat and tidy. I've been ordering through the app and just go through the drive-thru to pick up. I definitely had to recently try the new How to train Your dragon meal because anything with a little fiery kick is a win-win for me. It was all delicious! I'm glad this Burger King finally stepped it up a bit They must have gotten a better manager than they have previously had. Being a Walmart plus member I can take advantage of my free Whopper every month or 25% off of each visit. So look into that perk!!
Generally, I don't comment on fast food places unless they are really bad, but I wanted to share a good experience with one. Over the last couple of months, the service at this Burger King has really stepped up. Granted, I only go through the drive-through, but they are always upbeat, and at times even have a injected some fun when taking my orders. The food is, of course, fast food, but the fries have always been hot, and the burgers prepared as expected.

It's your typical Burger King. I did find it interesting that the whopper combo was 8 bucks but the dragon flamed whopper was almost 10 bucks.. when I asked the difference between I was told it was the color of the bun..rofl

Didn't realize how much the prices have gone up. ordered a whopper meal with cheese (cheese used to be included) and a whopper junior with cheese sandwich. Cost walking out the door was $25! Two burgers, fries and a drink. Really??? A couple of years ago, it was under $10. Not going back.

I happened to stop here today just out of pure luck for being in the area. The staff was SO friendly and SUPER nice. The store was the CLEANIEST I have seen any fast food place. I will definitely make it a point to come back to this store! The lady at the front counter gave my 2 kids a crown and was so sweet! 🤩🤩🤩
