We stood at the counter because my mom wanted to order something and she don't understand technolog, she's 84, so we stood at the counter to order, (the old fashioned way) and nobody looked back to acknowledge us at all. Almost seemed on purpose that they ignored us. We were going to order 3 big mac meals. But we waited so long and nobody was in line. So we went to kfc instead.

Got a caramel sundae with one spoon of caramel. The cashier was very nice, but the young lady that handed the ice cream out was not that friendly. Do not recommend stopping for sundae here at all!! Called number and it hangs up over and over. Worst 4 bucks ever spent 😒

Go anywhere else but here. Waited in line for 30 minutes, no one ever came to the screen, so we pulled up to the window only for the woman to completely ignore us. Waited there another 5 minutes and then she proceeds to tell us she can’t take our order at the window. What a waste of time. Told us we would have to back through the line which had accumulated about 8 cars at that point. If you want Mcdonald’s, go to another exit.

Food is what you would expect. The biggest issue is the staff are very inconsistent. DO NOT attempt to go for breakfast before 630, they wont be open. They cant open on time to save their lives.

New manager at night female is very nice! Food is hot and fresh, they actually have hot cookies and ice cream! I've been skeptical about coming here since Cassandra left because the orders have been wrong but KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ‼️‼️

i got a steak egg and cheese meal and there was not egg or breakfast sauce on it, my hashbrown tasted like rubber, and i got a mocha frappe add espresso and oreo, and they gave me a frappe with espresso but no whipped cream, drizzle, or oreo which i paid for. of the three items i got, the only acceptable one was the hashbrown. that’s 33% accuracy. i work at a mcdonald’s myself and these are things that are easily avoidable!! do better.

I was just here stopping on my way to my property to work. I waited for 45 minutes and just ended up leaving without my food or a refund. They had a rush of cars come in and couldn’t handle the rush they started having people park and it became such a mess that 20 people were in the front lobby at 9:45 trying to get food or a refund and none of the employees would come to the counter or even respond I spent $10 on the McDonald’s app and left without a coffee after about 45 minutes.
