I am beyond pissed at this place. My husband is a lineman and went there on storm right after the hurricane. He walked in before closing and was in line. He had someone in front of him getting their sandwich made. Soon as the guy got done with that customer, he told my husband ( sorry we are closed). After my husband waited in line for his turn. He has not eaten all day. The guy never closed out the register or anything. My husband said ( Can’t I at least get a bag of chips, and the employee said no). I can’t express how mad I am for my husband.

Great sandwiches, decent prices, acceptable sweet tea.
I don't go to Subway much anymore. Sandwiches are still good but The last 3 stores I went to won't take corporate coupons. Shouldn't even send the coupons out. Problem is you want one,get there and they tell you no. I walked out of 2 of the stores. They aren't even polite about it anymore

I spent $50 on food, ordering from the app. My boyfriend went in and when he got back to the car, the for long pretzel, drinks ( we ordered bottled water and Gatorade ) and our chips weren't in the bag. I'd also ordered my dressing on the side for my meal, specifically requesting it like that in the 'instructions' box, bc of never had it before and didn't want to ruin my food if I didn't like it. It was added to my 'no bready bowl' anyway. They corrected the missing items, but I didn't want to wait for a replacement bowl (as we'd already been waiting for almost 30 minutes & my dog was in the car). Thankfully I liked the parmesan dressing ??♀️.
