Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Place is a joke.. 9:00 pm jan 10th, 2026, employees are sitting outside. People, plus us being one them walk in no one inside for 5 mins, I guess wanting people to leave so they can sit around not do anything. Leave early place is joke.

RUDEST customer service experience of my life. I get it’s a fast food joint, but quickly saying “is that all????” after each item we added in the drive through and then forgetting our drinks AND sauces! When we asked for those, got eye rolls and we still tried to end it positively by being nice and saying have a great day but literally was just given our sauces without a word or smile. We realized after driving off that they forgot our cookie as well. Just awful!

Well I have been waiting in this zaxbys for over an hour for an order that just now came to the counter. Food is cold and stale, I was at least expecting that the wait would lead to hot fresh food but I was wrong. This place is terrible and not worth anyone's time or money .

Takes a while to get your order. I ordered on the app and there is no option to add a medium or large soda (only kids size). Once we got our food the egg rolls were ice cold in the center. They were out of several of the dipping sauces (avocado ranch and chipotle ranch).

Hello, I just like to say this was, by far the BEST chicken I had from ANY zaxbys ever.. I was coming from Columbia, passing through first I notice how nice the facility looks.. I goes..ohh that's nice.. I order a 5 wing meal traditional all flats no sauce,, when I first seen the chicken. I was amazed how it look. It was soo perfect. I'm a chicken lover. I probably should be sponsored by Zaxbys lol. This was good and just perfect. Just thought I should let you guys know..Best I ever had.. keep up the great work 🥰

Regular lemonade instead of frozen. They changed me $10+ for 3 tiny tenders and a lemonade. Promised a cookie for the mess up. Nothing. Ghetto service. Not coming here EVER AGAIN

When I received my nibbles meal today. The bread was burnt and hard around the edges. I haven’t ate Zaby’s in so long due to issues like this. I’m tired of it. I haven’t had Zaby’s all year and when I finally get it my bread is burnt. That’s crazy. The bad news the manager made my box up with the lil short chicken tender her name Asia. I ask her would she eat this and she said yes she would. Well I’m not. One word FIRED !!! Got a refund Zaby's not the same. Dave’s Hot Chicken will never serve a fingers like this. Never against. Very disappointed.

Omg it took like ten min to order, seriously I had to tell her everything 4 times and review it twice. It best be right. Seriously the slowest zaxbys ever.

I’m not sure why this Zaxbys is not good, but I agree with other reviews.

The good -
close to highway and hotel

The not so good -
Outside lights were off two days in a row and Drove right by it the first night.
Food was not fresh.
Service was not with a smile.

I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Order was wrong after having to park, while utilizing the drive thru. Might as well close the drive thru down, and make everyone order inside. Simple finger plate, had to wait 15 minutes to get it. Wish they would disclose this before you pay so you can decide if you want to wait. Absolute disaster.

October 29, 2025 8:30 PM: I got the nibblerz and I’m pretty sure the buns were made a week ago and the fingers were cooked three days ago. Easily the worst meal I’ve ever had at a Zaxbys. Terrible old reheated tough food. Pathetic and disgusting. If this was my first Zaxbys meal I would never go back. Do the town a favor and shut this one down.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but waiting over fifteen minutes for a simple chicken order is unacceptable! Get it together Zaxby's!

Staff treated us as though we were an inconvenience to them. Floors were greasy,slippery and had trash on them.
