Repeated the order over 6 times and the lady still couldn't get the order right. Extremely frustrating to be spoken to like were stupid as well just cause she couldn't understand what we ordered. Go somewhere else where they'll actually listen.

My employer (Founders ) ordered food for a branch occasion today and I wanted to just say the service we received when picking the food up was great ! Everyone was working together promptly to make sure we had everything together. The staff even double checked to make sure we had enough of each sauce ,napkins, forks etc. Austin was very helpful in the front and also very polite. Customer service was excellent ! Thank you all ! We will definitely consider Zaxby's ( Richburg) again for catering orders !

I have no idea why there is always such an issue with this particular Zaxby's in Richburg South Carolina. I don't know if it's piss poor management or lazy employees or what. This last time I sat at the drive-thru for more than 5 minutes trying to get somebody to acknowledge me at the speaker and they would look outside at me from inside the restaurant and then still not acknowledge me at the speaker and I kept sitting there and sitting there and was about to honk my horn when they finally said can I help you. Because while I was sitting there I went on the website and it said they closed at 10:00 p.m. and it was 9:40pm. I honestly believe they were hoping I would just drive away. Because there was nobody else there but me. But they finally took my order and it was speedy. However the last time I went through this drive-thru they had me pull up and I sat for 15 minutes waiting on my food watching every car around me that was parked get their food before me I finally had to go inside and ask about my food and they said they had accidentally given my food to somebody else and then they had an emergency they had to take care of. I said well I'm sorry but in case of emergency there should be somebody else being willing to work to handle the orders you have. You can't shut the whole place down when you have people in the restaurant And people in drive-thru and just assume they're supposed to leave after paying for food that they didn't get. And they were all just standing around looking at me. The dining area is usually filthy looking. If I managed this restaurant nobody would be standing around they'd all have something to do!

This Zaxbys was clean and the service was nice. The sweet tea was out the whole 30 min we were there. But the restrooms were clean.

I love 5 Zaxbys chicken fingers tossed in tongue torch sauce! A favorite. Ordered the new surf and turf at this location figuring it would be good as well. Nope. I waited 20 minutes for the order to come out. Then the food was digesting. The shrimp was fried in old dark oil and seemed to be thrown into the cardboard box with sauce just squirted in. Grose. The chicken fingers weren't tossed in any sauce. Absolutely terribly experience and intend to NEVER visit this location again. Makes me sick thinking about that meal.

This is beyond a doubt the worst Zaxbys in the region. Its close to my work so I swing through fairly often, and easily 2/3 of the time they mess up the order. Ive gotten the completely wrong things, wrong sauces, wrong number of items etc. The staff is incompetent and totally apathetic. This is unfortunately coupled with having the slowest service of any Zaxbys Ive encountered.

For the record, this is also the reputation for the store, not just my personal opinion. The same is said by everyone I work with. This particular site is an embarrassment to an otherwise great franchise.

Employees for the most part are not friendly. I can not remember the last time I didn't have to pull into a parking spot to wait on food. This usually causes about a 20 minute wait. Twice while waiting for food , they forgot about my order. The owners need to clean house and start over.

I will be taking legal action against zaxby's at location in Richburg SC. I order on january 30 on the app. I had to cancel it immediately because it was wrong location and plus i talk to customer service to cancel the order they said it was fine. She told me my money will go back on my card immediately which was 31.82 and send an email for refund. Well why i cant find the email no more now? Nothing from zaxby's about my refund any more about my refund. Well i let a few days go by havent seen it yet. I called last Saturday they claim the money was returned to my card and read my last 4 digits of my card back to me and it was correct numbers and i called my bank to see if anything was pending from zaxby's my bank said no refund from zaxby's was return to your card. So time pass by i called Wednesday February 11 the lady said the money was returned to my card i said no it havent so she said give it until tomorrow which it will make 10 business days process the return it will be Thursday feb 12 and she said she will send an email again about the refund for my conformation i never recieved the email. I wait Thursday and friday no refund of my 31.82. I will be taking legel action over $31.82. No need to be sorry. Did not follow policy procedures.

Please for the love of god get rid of the drive thru times so your staff can STOP making everyone pull up even in no one is in line behind them. It is extremely annoying. Every single time I come to this location I’m told to pull up and I wait for ever for my food to come out and if anything is wrong I have to go all the way in or back through the drive thru. Dumbest concept I’ve ever seen in my life.

Clean restrooms but greasy floor. Not enough pepper onion blend on the chicken Philly and chicken was overcooked. Fried pickles were perfect! Didn't pay attention to order of customers or customer service. Asia although was very attentive. Loud and carrying on so loud that we could here them on the far side of the dining area.
