Last few orders I've done has had some form of issue. All drive thru mobile orders. If the order is ready when you get there 9/10 no issue. If the order isn't ready good luck getting it without going in. Everytime my order hasn't been ready ive had to go in and find it when it's marked for drive thru and they know it's a drive thru order. Love being lied to about not having an item on the menu that was ordered, to have to go in to find this out just to find out later it is available (less than 2 weeks) they didn't wanna make it. Only reason I go here is it's close to home good food most times and I usually have no issues

Stephon who took care of my order was amazing she was very polite and even took care of my last minute request without making me feel bad about it she was very nice and pretty! Food was really good except toast was a little burnt. Atmosphere was good besides the fact that when I had my hands full the worker in front of me decided to not even try to hold the door maybe she didn’t know I was behind her but I’m pretty sure she did but other than that it was good.

20 minute wait for 2 chicken sandwiches is ridiculous

Very sweet cashier (Ky’Myia) but food was terrible. Fries were slightly undercooked and chicken tenders were overcooked, dry and tasteless! Ugh! I never eat at Zaxby’s and now i know why. Waste of $21 between the two of us.

Inappropriate music playing whole time in restaurant--too much R&B about sex. My salad was only half full.

Worst Zaxbys I've ever been to... I bought two fried garden salads to eat at the restaurant. Someone brought a salad back and swear they gave it to me as the chicken seemed to have been eaten. When I asked about it, the employee smirked and said only three pieces come with the salads. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough, so I bought extra chicken for 8.63. The fact I was with my mom, I decided not to be rude. Also, the men bathroom was very nasty.. with all the employees there, someone should have cleaned it...

Stay away from this one until they get someone who can actually manage the place.

If you own the Zaxbys, you should be looking to hire someone who can uphold the Zaxbys quality and culture.

Went there for dinner while driving through the area. We tried the wing and chicken finger meal and the 5 finger with slaw meal. They have few selections of dipping sauce that were tasty and chicken were nice and crispy. Only complaint was that toasted bread tasted a little old.

There was an oily residue on the floors I slipped on it. There was to much sause on my sandwich.
