The fact that we were the only customers at 6om should have told us everything we needed to know. Got the order completely wrong, argued about it for until a manager came and sorted it. Ignored what we asked for re drinks, which we didn't dispute. Terrible experience.

Service is horrible. Never enough workers and tator tots are always greasy and undercooked. Dont be in a hurry because this restaurant is not fast at anything.

When we arrived we stood by the register for nearly 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Then we were told their systems were down and we had to order through the Ap. We did, watched them make our order and saw the food sitting on the warmer for 20 minutes. Would have walked out but because it was on the Ap is was already paid for. By the time we got out food fries and onion rings were nasty, food was like warm, no apology or acknowledgement of our wait. I contacted the corporate, they apologized and offered a $5 coupon. I told them to keep it and that I was done with Burger King.
I would say there are much better fast food options. Avoid Burger King, they do not care about their customers.

Take ALL DAY WILL YA!!! I would’ve left if I hadn’t paid online already. If you want to lose 30 mins of travel, stop here! And on top of that, get cold food! What was the wait for?

This is the 3rd time. They need training on frying mozzarella fries. The cheese suppose to be inside. Plus they are so dangerously hard. They always forget the sauce. Why????

Pride of the fleet? The atmosphere is depressing and awful. When you walk in the door, there is a stench that will knock you off your feet. There are flies everywhere. There are no clean tables anywhere they have seven crew members and none of them are cleaning anything. Just avoid this restaurant. Remarkably the food was decent. Obviously they have never heard if you have time to lean you have time to clean… So so sad to see this much potential being squandered.

No one in line. Worker acted like our order was an imposition. Waited and waited and waited some more . After 20 minutes no food! No diet coke in the fountain machine. Had to ask for condiments bc none were out except napkins. After nearly 30 minutes we had food. Not hot but at least warm
