I read the reviews and I was very skeptical. As a foster parent doing a visit in this area, there aren't many restaurants. Despite my skepticism, I placed my order. I was disappointed at first order, that were out of two things I ordered. Nevertheless I continued with my order. When I tell you they knocked out out of the park. The sandwich, fries and attitude if the staff was all fresh. There are two gentlemen on the line and one young lady on drive thru and one on the register. I honestly can say I thought I'd be waiting a while because there were people ordering outside and inside. The wait was short, maybe 5min at most and the food was hot and fresh. Great job to the staff. I mean that.

I am going to start with saying I lost all faith McD and BK a long time ago. This BK has fully restored my faith, in them anyway. From placing my order to receiving it the process was delightful. Their staff right now is all of 4 people and that is all they need. They kept the lines moving efficiently from drive thru to inside. The food quality and quantity was 5 stars. Nothing was skipped and as the youth would say, no crumbs were left. Although I wasn't able to get the SpongeBob meal due to products being out, I was still able to experience the atmosphere and great service. Thank you to the staff on 12.6.25 at 1230 you all did the thing and I will be back the next time I visit Ridgeland.

I don't usually go inside. I don't like eating alone, so I usually go through thr drive through and then eat in my car. Although I was not able to use my gift card that was given to me. The lady said that their facikty will not accept them. That was a little disappointing. Thankful I had some cash on me.

The fact that we were the only customers at 6om should have told us everything we needed to know. Got the order completely wrong, argued about it for until a manager came and sorted it. Ignored what we asked for re drinks, which we didn't dispute. Terrible experience.
