Why does the website offer the option of what kind of sauce and how much?? I asked to light sauce and they put extra! I mean is that so hard?

Order two pizzas at 6 pm and two hours later didn’t receive it I called them and they told me it was delivered, well it didn’t that’s how incompetent they are .

If you are craving Dominos NEVER order from this location.

This Dominos Location has the worst service of any pizza chain I've ever experienced across multiple states. The people who work here constantly fail to deliver their orders or take up to 2 hours to deliver something that is 20-30 minutes away from them. It almost always arrives cold and the pizza is extremely inconsistent in quality

Wrong pizza delivered and no answer on the phone to fix it

I’ve been to and had a lot of dominos and this one never disappoints. My food is always hot, my order is always correct. The inside of the store is nice and clean and the service is friendly and fast. It’s dominos so you know what to expect from a chain but I have zero complaints and we order from here regularly. (Wayyyy better than papa John’s in Beaufort but that’s just my opinion)

Unfortunately it took a really long time to get my sandwich and it had been shifted so everything was on one side and it was cold

Placed order at 7:34pm
Order showed out for delivery at 7:54pm
Estimated delivery time 47min
Store is exactly 5.2 miles from me
Order shows delivered at 8:55pm
I call store at 9pm
Employee tells me she marked it delivered by mistake and it was on the way.
9:15 i call back. They cannot get ahold of driver. order shows delivered. Said they would remake it and send it back out.
10:30 I call again to check on order. Was told it just came out of the oven and would be on the way.
11:15 still no delivery, store is closed

The worst place around. After they call me to say they were out of bread for sandwiches and selecting a sub. Then waited an hour and a half for them to cancel my order. Then I called them and they said they didn't have a driver.

Ordered the buffalo Mac and got regular Mac. Order buffalo wings and got plain wings with a small drizzle on top of them. Do these people not see the PICTURES they have to use to make this food? God how hard of a job is it to get peoples orders correct! And realize it after our 20 min ride home. You can't go out to eat anymore and ever get what you ask for. Service every where has gone down the drain!! Worst dominos I've been to.

everytime i order a delivery from here i never get my pizza. this is the third time this has happened truly a terrible franchise to not notice (or to notice and just not care) about these problems. thanks for literally nothing dominos.

My parents are in their 70s, and they love calling me to have me order through your app. Then they pack up the dog and go pick it up together. Always delicious, the store is always clean and cool. It’s evident the employees and management get along. Great job!

Recently visited and ordered Parmesan bread twists as a quick snack. Was greeted by Isaiah who was very charismatic, helpful, and welcoming, he was pulling my order out of the oven as I walked in and the food was great! I would certainly order again from this establishment and location as long as Isaiah is there. 5 stars to him, very respectful and should be looked at as a model employee that deserves a raise or even better a promotion! Good employees deserve credit when credit is too!
