We went for lunch last Thurs specifically to have the buffet and gizzards/liver. WOW! Old-timey buffet with greens, cabbage, fried okra, creamed corn, limas, etc. and some of the moistest fried chicken I've ever had!! They cook the liver/gizzard to order so they were perfect too! The food is consistent and delicious !
We used to love this place. Went here tonight and they have gone up on the price, place was dirty (trash full, food on the floor, sticky tables; and they weren’t busy), the hash was not the same (maybe they changed the recipe, but it was not good), bbq meat was dry like it had been sitting out for hours, and the banana pudding was just scraps and oily looking.
