I found this hidden gem of a spot in Ridgeland yesterday. I walked in and was greeted kindly, and placed my order for an oyster Poboy. They had a prepared freshly for me in under 10 minutes, took it back to Margaritaville and devoured it lolThe oyster Poboy was fresh, and the fried oysters exploded with flavor. I highly recommend the Lowcountry boil with shrimp. It came with sausage and corn on the cob. Everything was so tasty, fresh and home cooked.
The staff was equally amazing - they all looked genuinely happy to be there.
The fried oysters and steamed scallops best I've had!! fried okra, hush-puppies, and grits were fabulous too! Great price and large portions! Yes they offer non seafood options but why bother when the seafood is sooo good? (Oh some people can't eat seafood sooo treat your loved one who does, to this simple but delicious restaurant) Note... we went to the market first because our GPS took us there not to the restaurant!!
