Proud to call this local McDonalds my own. Exceptional service (especially in the AM), fast service, and usually accurate with our orders. When I did have an issue Chris the mgr was quick to respond and provided amazing customer service.

Food was under cook I took my food back twice . The employees were rude . We asked for a manager & she was just as rude & disrespectful! I’m not sure if it was the gm or the the shift manager but she was a young dark skin lady . I woke up to an upset stomach the next morning I believe from the under cooked food . If I wasn’t in a rush I would have gotten a refund ! But I will never eat at the establishment again ! McDonald’s in the town of ridgeland dc ! Horrible experience!

There is always an issue a McDonalds, no matter if I go inside or drive thru. Either there attitude sucks, the food is wrong, or it doesn't taste right. It's not that hard to work there. Can't they get it right.

The lettuce on four sandwiches was old and brown. In addition, they were entirely messy. I went through the drive through and 3 staff members asked about my order and they still managed to get it wrong. This place needs staff that pays attention to the customers and management that enforces proper customer service.
