The nicest most honest bunch! Food was good. It was super clean. It was a long day and I left my purse in the restaurant. They kept it safe and returned it to me. I was so thankful for that!

I am a Gulf War handy capped veteran. I stopped off at this location on 3 January at 615 pm. I informed the cashier that I was unable to use their kiosks. I was waiting at the cashiers counter for 10 minutes and asked the person behind the counter for assistance. They told me to use the Kiosk. I informed them the kiosk does not work for me. I asked to see the manager and she told me to use the kiosk. She told me if I could not use the Kiosk I needed to leave. Very poor customer service. I am in the process of filing a complaint the the Disabled Veterans Organization and others.

I hadn't had Mcdonalds in almost 2 years, and after this visit...I see why. I ordered a combo meal and a extra fry for pickup at 8:35. I arrived for it at 8:45, checking in on the way. After 15 minutes of waiting at the pickup counter, nobody spoke to me until 9 to let me know they're just starting to make my order. I got my food about 5 minutes later. I was over it at that point. I was hoping that they at least took care of me, and my food was good. My spicy Chicken Deluxe only had 1 tomato that looked like it was dipped in the sauce and put on the chicken, cause that was the only sauce and topping I got. My Big Mac got all the lettuce and was improperly made; 2 patties on one layer and a sauce sandwich on the bottom. I didn't even bother eating the spicy Chicken Deluxe. I was highly disappointed. I ordered again and was missing my extra order of fries. Let's just say I'm done with McDonald's for a while...unless I'm redeeming my rewards. Even tho I don't really order here, I frequent this location often. The wait times are ridiculous, but I do see that they are usually understaffed and frequently overran with customers. It unfortunately does reflect on their interactions with customers, seeming unhelpful and unprofessional. A typical review I would've gave them 1 star, but being that I see how hard they work...I gave 3.
