They never answer the phone online says they close at 10 but every time i call at 8 or 830 they always say they out of this or that or they just took they last order at 830 then yall need to change yall time to 8 and the person who answers the phone is just rude I will not even try to attempt to order from there again and they need to work on they customer service

I placed an online order on Saturday August 2nd worth $40 and they took my money, but the order never showed up and no one is answering the phone for the past couple of days, what is going on the the store ?? Does anyone know??

Ordered delivery and twice now they ghosted us. They won't even pick up the phone. I don't care how good your food is (which I'd ok at best) if you don't deliver what's the point of even ordering? Never again.

Took my order online, got an email receipt, said it would be here by 8:36. Never showed, no one answered the phone, took my money and turns out after calling another location, this location is taking online orders and is apparently closed for some type of maintenance. Mailbox is full, can’t even leave a message to get a refund. One place on the website says this location is open until 10pm, another page on the website says open til 9pm. Called all the way up to 9pm looking for my food, never got anyone on the phone. Talked to the SPC in Hardeeville, said they had a guy call yesterday with the same problem.

Let me start out by saying I order from here regularly, on 4/24/2025 Very disappointing experience. The food at SPC was subpar and lacked flavor. Customer service was non-existent — staff was unhelpful . When I politely asked for a credit due to the poor quality, I was met with a hostile and defensive response. Definitely would not recommend.

I know what a thin crust pizza looks like. Tonight we ordered a thin crust. When Hubs brought it home I found a fat, doughy ,nasty, wet pie. I immediately called the store & the person that answered proceeded to try to educate me on what a NY Thin pizza is. I’m not from NYC, but I know what a thin crust pizza is. I’ve had wonderful pies from this store, but they have lost me as a customer. Don’t try to sell me Chicken S&;T when I ordered Chicken Salad. Not the first time this has happened. I wish you luck in your endeavors, but your staff needs coaching in customer service. Is the person answering the phone authorized to make the customer happy?

We have gotten pizzas from here several times and never really had any complaints til they changed owners. We have ordered 2 times since and the pizza is a big disappointment!! Barely any sauce cheese and toppings. Tonight especially, we ordered 3 pizzas and it literally looked like dry dough…. Do better SPC!!
