i never write reviews but the disgusting excuse for workers they have working here was too much! Workers smoking outside before handling food, ghetto workers slamming food from the jump like it’s the customers fault they live a miserable life. What a disgusting “restaurant” overall 🤦🏻‍♀️

No cheddar sauce, COLD STEAK. Too lazy to heat the steak. DONT ADVERTISE CHEDDAR SAUCE AND NOT HAVE IT. IT IS STUPID.

Customer service person ignored us and continued to make bread for 10 minutes. A second person joined her and still no one greeter or helped us. We left.

The schedule says that they closed at 10 we got there at 8:55 and the guy told us that he will not be taking anymore orders because he was closing in 3 minutes

The black woman with the orange-ish hair is unbelievably rude!!! I came in at 8 pm on a Saturday night 12/21 and they’re open until 10. A male employee is pleasantly waiting on two gentlemen in front of me. The female employee is doing a horrible job of sweeping the floor and has a pile of debris right in front of the entryway. She snapped at me when I walked in the door to “watch where I’m walking.” I politely say “oh excuse me” and I step around the pile. I can’t imagine why she was sweeping it directly in front of the entryway, but moving on…the other two guys seem to be taking a while so I decide to use the restroom. I walk towards the restroom and I’m just about to put my hand on the door and she turns and snarls at me and says “the ladies room is out of order.” So I’m like OK so I get back in line to wait for my sandwich. Meanwhile, the guy making sandwiches appears to be very nice. The restaurant overall seemed very dirty and the glass case that is supposed to go over the meat and cheeses is completely missing. Then this lady continues sweeping, and the two guys that are having their sandwich sandwiches made. She just looked at them and rudely tells them to “move.”She’s trying to sweep. Keep in mind the second guy was still having a sandwich made standing at the vegetable area when she rudely tells him “MOVE!” Then the guy cashes out the two people in front of me and I tell him what kind of sandwich I want and she’s about 6 feet away and says “we don’t have it.” Then he apologizes and asked if there’s anything else he can get for me. He proceeds to make me a different sandwich, which is fine. Then she starts telling him that he has to tell everybody there’s no eating in the lobby here. Everybody can just take their stuff home because she’s not cleaning up after people. So then he looks at me and tells me I’m sorry you can’t eat here. You have to take it to go. Now I’ve been sitting here for about 15 minutes in my truck eating my sandwich watching this guy wait on at least 10 other people well she just walks back back-and-forth and does nothing. They need to fire this worthless lady. Because she’s giving the Subway a bad name and they need to get somebody in here that’s going to clean this place up too. It’s ridiculous.

We walked into the Subway in Ridgeland tonight and were immediately told everything they were out of, with the staff making it clear they wouldn’t be going to the back to get more of anything. We were told, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Then, in a rude tone, she asked, “So what do you want?” When we decided to leave, she loudly announced, “They don’t want nothing.” How could we even consider ordering when we weren’t greeted with a simple hello, but instead with a list of what was unavailable? Ridgeland Subway do better..

This location was dirty and they were out of 17 different meats and only had six loaves of bread left. So we end up walking away. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time
