I recently visited this Waffle House and placed a to-go order.
While I understand the restaurant can get very busy, the experience felt somewhat disorganized.
As a to-go customer, I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged and able to place my order.
During that time, most attention appeared to be given to seated guests, while to-go customers were largely overlooked.
At times, staff members were present (as in to take orders) but no one addressed those waiting to order or provided updates.
I would recommend improving communication and assigning clearer responsibility for handling to-go orders, especially during peak hours, so all customers feel acknowledged in a timely manner.
I appreciate the hard work of the staff and hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience moving forward.

We just tried to eat at Waffle House in Ridgeland, SC and while we are eating (the food was very good) one of the staff vomits in front of all of us in a trash can. No effort to even make it to the back of the store. Absolutely disgusting! Did not even get to finish half of our meal.

They remodel inside a little. It looks okay. Few things, they have a few servers( females) they don’t have good customer service. My girlfriend don’t like coming here because they very slack, but Emily is great and needs to be a manager to help keep the others straight. Yall need LT back to run the area. Why don’t they were hair nets when they are working ? No one has it on.

Love this place stop by real quick order it online came in got my food. It was fresh and it was hot. It was good and everyone was nice. Thank you for delicious food and good service.
All though the food was good, the cooks presentation of the way she presented & handled the food, was lousy! Gritz all over the outside of the bowl … handed over a bowl of gritz w/o cheese after being told it was cheese gritz then slapped a slice of cheese on top of the gritz & pressed down then slapped another spoon of gritz on top . Therefore spillage … 😳

Staff was nice. Food was good. Only complaint I have is cleanliness. Bathroom are not well maintained. Food and garbage under tables on the floor. Menus need to be wiped down.

They definitely need to work on customer service… I prefer not to rate a place if I know my review is low, but this place is the worse to stop when in the road, and the rudest staff ever. Not only they made us wait standing when table were available just need them to be cleaned, but after I asked politely “we need table for 4, please “ one of the staff said without looking at us, “they can seat when even it’s clean,” yes, it was clean by the booster which is not appropriate when you have children; wait, I would consider be more patient if they were busy, it while 3 of the staff where doing their duty, one young lady I could not read her name on tag, was just standing looking at us and looking at the tables” horrible place, maybe we were having a a bad morning!!! We ended up leaving …

We came in to a no music, quiet restaurant. There was a table that was not bussed yet, the employee was standing there not doing much. When she finally got around to us, she was very short with us. I got a hash brown bowl, she didn’t ask if I wanted gravy, which I normally do. She forgot my stepmoms bacon and got an attitude when she asked for it.
I understand that people have bad days, but don’t bring it into work
