This WENDYS is a joke!! I've been 5 times in 2 weeks, walked out everything. Due to not one employee even acknowledging that I was even standing at the counter waiting place an order. 3 or 4 walking right past me, no ill be with you in a min or nothing!! 10-15 min like that every time. I won't be going back, recommend no one else either. Foods not that great either.

Food was okay. I wasn't entirely sure about the baked potato is a little flavorless. Ordered 2 plain burgers without cheese, still got cheese on them but that was OKAy, It was for the dogs.

Place order by kiosk. Though we could see food being cooked it was lukewarm by the time we were called to pick up. Appr. 20 minute wait for us and others, not crowded inside. 1 person just left.

Lady who waited on me in which I believe was a manager tried to accuse me of bringing in a fake receipt because they made my hamburgers wrong . Then she wanted to argue with me once I explained and still call me a liar and treat me poorly and I’m pretty positive it’s because of my skin color.

Food was very good. The bathroom was okay. Floor had that usual greasy feel under your shoes that many fast food places has. Overall, it was clean and the service was good.

Unbelievably slow. I ordered nuggets and fries and it took almost 20 mins. Employees are in slow motion here.
Our food was cold. We asked for it to be warmed up and management was rude. They fixed a new burger with no toppings. Won’t be back ever.

Honestly could be 5 stars but Management and Staff don't know what their menu says. Nuggets are clearly a Side Item on the Side Menu next to the Chile and Fries (All Side Items). For some arbitrary reason one item on the Side menu (Nuggets) is not a Side. Manager and staff seem unaware of this even though they have a menu inside and at drive through. Its very concerning. Corporate contacted about their false advertisements.

We waited on line to order and when it was time to order the person said she wasn't taking anymore orders at the counter and we needed to use the kiosk. The 2 gents behind me said I don't know how to use it and walked out! Then there were some others that walked out as well 5 or 6, in all! The food was standard Wendy's and took 13 minutes before it was ready; customer service was severely lacking!

Went through the drive thru this evening for a little lazy family dinner night and from start to finish, my experience was so pleasant. Destiny was the name on the receipt of the young lady who assisted me and she was above and beyond helpful, polite and served food with a side of blessings. It’s the small things in a day where people don’t take pride in their work. Thanks Destiny for being great at your job!
