“Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition to management in front of customers. Meanwhile, customers who had placed orders an hour or more earlier and already paid for their food found that their orders hadn't even been started yet and had no way to cancel their order or get their money refunded. As for myself, it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order for one pizza which was not only under cooked, but cold as well! This is an recipe for failure. This store needs to be shut down and its personnel retrained. The problems that plague this store should never be displayed in front of the customer base. Further, No one should have to order food, pay full price for it and then take it home and have to finish cooking it in order to eat it.“

“Well just left from getting my kids pizza never had a problem with them. My pizza was a little under cooked the manager Justin cooked my kids another fresh pizza and had no problem we all make mistakes in life . But he handled it well“

“Got take out. 2 crazy combos, classic pepperoni, extra sauce and cookie dough brownie M&M. Everything was nice and fresh. Wasn't a fan of the cookie dough brownie since it didn't taste cooked and crunching on sugar. Otherwise, will return, service was quick and for pizza takeout, that's what we need.“

“Very nice place,kind/quick employees,nice atmosphere,only problem was I asked for no cheese(bcs. i'm lactose intolerant)they still put cheese on the burger(giving the impression all their burgers are pre-made and you can't change anything about how it's cooked,due to it only being heated up)“
