WhIle Amber has provided great food before in the past, we had not been in over sux months. Although we arrived late, the food on the buffet was sparse and cold. They did nothing about it. An entire family came in after us, took a look at the buffet and left. The person attending the buffet dropped her jaw, but what did she expect? Wish we followed suit.

HORRIBLE!!! I went here at 530 and the food was old and cold! I took 3 bites of my food and decided I couldn't eat anymore. They told me I had to pay full price and argued with me that the food couldn't be cold. Never going again and I look forward to them closing down. It won't take long.Edit: this is a generic answer that they give to make themselves look good. It too an hour to investigate and retrain?! Laughable!

My husband and I visited this place today one the food was cold two the people in there wiped food off the floor then wiped off the food station they were not enforcing any type of food safey my husband and I had half a plate before about 3 people around us started coughing and walking up to fix food the employees did the same coughing then messing over the food I spoke to management I didn't want free food and paid the $38 he asked because he said he couldn't do anything about what was going on but I did feel he could have discounted the food due to the fact the plates were barely touched either way I would not recommend going to this place you could possibly end up catching something from the uncleanliness and lack of concern for the guess is ridiculous

Yummy hot and very fresh food. We went at 4 PM and it was amazing. Very friendly staff and servers. Everyone was so funny and attentive. My kiddo was playing with the fish and they were all laughing and even brought over some fish food. Highly recommend this place delicious food, the sushi was OK, I think that could have been better.

Customer service was mediocre at best. Food was either over cooked or old. My 1 year old wouldn't even eat his favorite food which is French fries that is a very hard item to mess up. The steak for the hibachi was brown from sitting out. Also the prices advertised was not the prices charged when I asked the manager he stated he is new owner and doesn't have access to the Google account which I find amazing seeing that he is replying to comments on this Google account. I would recommend driving the 15 minutes too jasmine buffet in Charlotte before going here.

Mark is the best photographer at the best place to eat in town. You can even feed the fish that swim. In the floor . It’s so neat and clean. The food is so good!!!! Thanks Mark for your friendliness and hospitality .

The service there was terrible! Never got a refill or asked if everything was OK.My mother just had surgery so I was carrying her plate plus mine. One of the ladies that worked there went off on me thinking I had two plates for myself.They would go around asking everyone else In there if they needed anything.The food was ok but not the best.We will never eat here again because of the bad service that was provided.No tip was left. You get what you give

Service- 9/10The service it self was amazing. As soon as you walk in they greet you and get a table. They always re-fill drinks as soon as you run out or get low. They take the used plates away when you’re done. Food- 3.4/10Although, the food on the other hand was horrific. The rice tasted like straight plastic. It felt like I was chewing on seeds. The fruits and vegetables tasted stale, like they have been sitting in the fridge since 2010. The stuffed potatoes seemed good at first look, but once you bite into it, it taste raw y. burnt at the same time. I can buy better sushi at Publix, it seemed soggy and distasteful. Sanitation- 3/10The sanitary condition on the table was mind boggling. As soon as I sat down and laid my hand on the table it felt sticky. It seemed like a pre-school class just ate there before we were seated. The floors were slippery set dirty. You could feel the dirt and stuff under your feet as you walk. The “clean” plates had stuff on them or they had crumbs on them. I honestly felt like throwing up.Total- 4/10It could have been worse but it also could have been a lot better. Overall, it sucked, NOT recommended.

I guess we have not been here in a while. This was our go to in Rock Hill. New lay to buffet. It used to have small amount of everything out and tended to it often. Now large amount and so much steam in the air everything tasted the same. Then to have a cockroach walk across our table takes Ambers off our list. One star for the cup of sherbet I felt safe eating.

Food very good and servers were nice. We had buffet and it was a little different than some others that I have been to in other cities. It was my first time there and it was way out of my way so probably won't make a special trip back that way for a while. Nice.

Used to come here frequently, but over the years the food has not only never changed, but the quality of it leaves much to be desired. The interior is really gorgeous, the staff are great, but when it comes down to the food, it tastes about as cheap as it looks.

I don't like sashimi or seafood, so that may taint my review. I think the restaurant may have been good at one time, but now it's just lacking. Buffet is poorly stocked and seems to be missing several staple dishes. Not worth it if you're not eating seafood.

Feeling like I should give a review on this place because I ended up with food poisoning and missing a day of work after eating here.After speaking with my Co workers the same has happened to them and they want go back. Sad, place was great when it first opened. Really went down hill.
